I Need Help Asap

I have a res for the Coral Reef for lunch on 11/4/08 and I have been trying to order the personalized menu and diver for dd birthday.I have tried calling restaurant directly just to get voicemail with email address and I have tried to send emails and they all come up with address error.:confused: I need to know how else I can contact them for these items I am in panic mode right now and about ready to have a meltdown:scared1: but am counting on all the my great fellow dis'ers expertise to help me with this problem.
 
What email address do you keep putting in? I emailed her yesteday and I got my diver and personalized menu :thumbsup2 Maybe you are typing the address in wrong?
 
I had a personal email address for Debbi that I've used in the past, but when I tried to send a thank you email for the diver and personalized menus she arranged last month, the email bounced back. Maybe that's the problem you're having. There is a general email that I've seen and I guess that's how things are being handled now.

I left a voice mail. I only called once, but it did take about 2 weeks before I heard back from Debbie.

However, by the time I did hear back, I was not able to get the diver, although we are getting the personalized menus. I figure since it's a free service, I would take what I could get. My family does not know about either of these things, therefore, I believe they'll be thrilled when they see the menus.

I still wish I could have gotten the diver though.....She did say that if someone cancelled (for the diver) around the time we'd be there, that she'd let me know.

Good luck! Maybe since you are needing this in November, and it's still a little ways away......You'll be OK.
 
Are you putting the periods in the email? If you click the one TDC_Nala wrote, you shouldn't have a problem. That's the one I emailed. :)

Tis is the error message I am getting.I don't understand it since I can send anyone else an email without any problems!:confused3
 
I just sent them a blank email using that address (way to confuse Coral Reef) and have gotten no error messages, nor has the message been returned by the server. The problem may be on your end and not theirs.
 
Yay I just tried for the billioneth time and it says it was sent so how long does it usually take to hear back from them so I know that they received it for sure?

You'll probably need to wait until Debbi is able to contact you. Depends on how much time she has at the moment.

Debbi is probably VERY busy right now. She's the manager of Coral Reef and the restaurants are PACKED right now with free dining. I know it took her a good 1+ to get back to me when I booked the diver & personal menus. Good luck!
