I rented this lens just a month ago and it was amazing. It was heavy, durable, and produced amazing images. I want one too but there's no way I can justify spending this kind of cash. Now I want to rent the 24-105 to see if its any better than the 18-135 kit lens. I hate this lens. Whatever I decide I need to do it with the full frame upgrade in mind.
