DH recently took a pay cut to become a manager at his collision shop (yes, management gets paid less if you can believe that). He took it because he has a bad back and working on cars was causing alot of pain. He took the job with the stipulation that if he couldn't get by on the pay, or he didn't care for the job, he could go back to being a regular collision guy.
Well, now the boss says no way to going back to working on cars, AND he's going to cut his pay even further because it's too slow right now. If he were working on cars, he'd be doing fine financially.
DH is downright miserable, which is making me miserable too. What would you do?
