I need a shirt design with unusual names

I need my girls names done in a design with one of the princesses in side the letters and then underneath I would like Walt Disney World 2010
The names are

Kacey(loves belle)
Courtney(loves Ariel)
madysen(loves Cinderella)
Erin(loves Eeyore)

I would also like another shirt design done but unsure what they would like...mickey heads? suggestions?
