Okay, vacation is over, jet lag is almost over and I need a little push to get back on plan. I've been home four days, I've unpacked, did the laundry, cleaned the house and restocked the fridge so there are no more excuses! I need to hit the gym and start journaling and counting the points again, but I am having a hard time actually doing it. I am still down the two pounds I lost on vacation (meanwhile my diet buddy lost 6 pounds on her vacation and has been to the gym twice already), but I am feeling like a slug and need to get with it. HELP!

You can do it!

Just think of how far you have come so far and how you felt when you were 40 lbs heavier! I get the same way you do sometimes but then I think of little things like how I used to NOT be able to make it up 3 flights of stairs without losing my breat and how I can do it no problem now, or I lift up the 40+ lb bag of kitty litter we have for our cats and I think, "HOLY SH***T! I can't believe that much of me is no longer on my body! I was carrying around probably the equivalent of a 6 or 7 year old!"

And most of all, come to this board and remember we're all so proud of you, win or lose! You can do it and we'll be there to make sure you do!

Pixie dust coming your way!!

Hey, sluggy!

Nike called while you were out and they said JUST DO IT! ;)

Ok, if I *have* to fly to Italy and live with you and make sure you go to the gym and workout, then I guess that's what I'll *have* to do. I'm sure Ross will understand. Now do you have any really dark sunglasses that I can wear so that I can oggle the Italian men without anyone noticing? Hee hee!

C'mon, Debbi! The hardest part will be making that first trip to the gym, then once you are there you will feel SO GREAT about it and you'll be happy that you went. So I give you until Monday to get there. Adjust your dial this weekend so you are tuned in on the fitness station, spend some time visualizing yourself in the gym liting weights, see those biceps getting firm, see your arms looking really super tone, see yourself feeling really proud because you made it back to the gym and picked up right where you left off!

If you do all that then you are well on your way to the next clippie! WHO CARES how much your buddy lost while she was on vacation or that she's been to the gym twice already, that's not the point! YOU are not HER (SHE?) no, HER! ;) YOU are Debbi, my bouncy pal who has a 30 pound clippie and LOST 2 POUNDS on vacation when her goal was to just maintain. WOO-HOO!!! Now you focus on YOU and how great you are doing!

And make sure the tickets are first class, ok? I want to travel in style! ;)

Oh my God, I don't think anyone has made me laugh that much since Tracy posted about whitening her teeth with Crest White Strips on the elliptical (and then nearly choking herself when she drank some water!)

Not that it's funny that you've lost all that weight, but the way you put it is just really cracking me up! :) I think that's what I'd like to say alot of the time! ha ha! ;)

Give me a T!

Give me an I !

Give me a G !

Go Tiggerlover! You can do it! Get to that gym!

Ok, I have to stop laughing now! You guys are too much! I will never look at a bag of kitty litter again without chuckling. And Karen, what can I say....maybe I just won't work out so you will *have* to come visit me!!!! ;)

I am happy to report that I made an effort and I at least went to the gym and did 45 min. of cardio. I wasn't up for the weights so I blew them off until Monday and I am waiting to journal and count points on Monday too. One little step at a time! But I have to say it did feel good to be back at the gym, it was just the effort to get there that almost sabotaged me.

Thanks for the support, I knew I could count on my WISH buddies.

I'll push you if you will push me Debbi. Although ( and you guys are going to laugh now ) I have been walking with my kids on their bikes and the dog. The poor dog is confused, I have never taken her for a walk and she was looking at me like saying , she looks like Olga, she acts like Olga but she must be a twin because she has never taken me for a walk, LOL.

Ah, Debbi! I feel your pain! I am still in the fog of post Disney depression. ;) I haven't gotten back into the exercise swing either, but MONDAY I am going to act like I am brand new to WW and exercising and jump back in. :) I started journaling again (I took the week off at WDW) and I am pushing the water.
Just like we have a recovery stage after a long vacation (all of that laundry! and the unpacking! where did all of this mail come from?!?), I am in recovery get back to normal phase for WISHing as well. :) I know you can do it!! I will push you back, if you need it! ;) I know I am going to do because I want one of those new sparkly clippies Kelsie got for us!! :teeth: :bounce: :bounce::smooth:

Welcome home, sweetie. We missed you. You need to get yourself to the gym and get refocused on your goal. You have done so well, so far, you even lost two pounds on vacation. Don't blow it now, get moving!
