I need a brand name or company name or link to buy a special 35 pound travel scooter?

A long while back someone posted about a scooter they did for their mom for Disney. It's like the lightest one available to date. They posted about how easy it was to use at Disney. The concern was it might get stolen; because, it has no key and it's so light, but everything turned out alright for its use at Disney.

It doesn't have a key and it doesn't have reverse capabilities, but it can go basically anywhere; it's extremely portable.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can you help with info?
