I am a milk drinker, I was brought up on drinking milk or OJ at breakfast and then Milk with dinner. Well I am doing Protein Power and Milk is loaded with carbs. When I did WW I could indulge in skim milk at least twice a day. But with Protein Power Milk has 11 carbs and I am only allowed 30 carbs a day! I haven't had a glass of milk all week until today. And ya know what! 1 cup of milk is only about half of my glasses! So I savored it. But I am still not satisfied and I really do miss milk. Atkins, Protein Power, or just watching carbs gurus please tell me what you do about this issue? Do you even drink milk? Should I switch to whole? *Gag!* I drink 2% milk mostly.
