It's our first daylight savings switch.
I didnt know until Friday about fall back. Yeah, Ive been living under a rock. Really just dealing with a baby and taking a couple of online classes at the same time. But anyway, by the time I knew, I had no idea what to do about DSs naps.
Then came Sunday which is the day were deluged with grandmas and aunts etc., for some reason they always drop in. Then I had a docs appointment Monday, and then there was Halloween. So DSs schedule was completely messed up.
DS usually goes to bed at 9 pm and wakes at 7. He has two naps at 10 and 2 during the day. He seems okay with the change at night, but hes waking up earlier (his body thinks its normal time so hes up at 6) and having a very difficult time going down for a nap.
Any suggestions for how to get him back on track?
Of course, NOW I read about starting to get his body clock changed the week BEFORE fall back starts. Great.
