So, do the conspiracy theory people think that the families of all of the hundreds of victims on the planes that crashed are actors? If they are saying that there were no planes, where do the victims come from? That just sounds crazy.

And even the plane in Pennsylvania...where was the wreckage?

My mothers BF (of many years, at the time) lived less than 2 miles from where flight 93 went down.

I can assure you, there was wreckage. Planes do not leave huge peices when they hit at over 400 mph. They leave huge holes in the earth...like the one I saw with my own eyes when I went there.

Unfortunately. And while it's interesting to you...it is heartbreaking and brutal and horrific to the family members to know that their loved ones 'vaporized' and that there is no hand left to hold or face to kiss. And it's also horrifying to the people who saw it and were involved in the investigation and cleanup. They don't need to see a fuselage or a burned seat or a beverage cart to know exactly what they are witnessing.

I guess the people in our area are used to knowing there there is no recognizable 'wreckage' when a plane crashes at a high speed into the ground...9-11 wasnt the first one that crashed that way here. (I am sure Haygay remembers what i am talking about)

Yep that's the $64,000 question. I read one theory called "Flight of the Bumble Planes" but it was WAY out there. I mean no disrespect to anyone that was killed on 9/11, I just find conspiracy theories to be very interesting.

I work with a woman who witnessed the plane hit the Pentagon. It was a plane. It was huge.

I saw the destruction to the Pentagon days later when I drove into DC. It was huge.

To say there was no plane would be laughable if it weren't so freakin' stupid.

The plane that hit the pentagon carried a passenger named Barbara Olsen, her husband Ted Olsen is an attorney in D.C., I think in the A/G office, anyway, Barbara called her husband from that plane. He told he what had happened in NY, he knew she would probably die, they said their goodbyes. I wonder what Ted Olsen thinks about theory, if no plane, where is his wife????

No thanks! I have had my share of slices from boxcutters and I know what kind of damage they can do. Sadly enough, the cheaper the box cutter, the more dangerous they are because they have no guards to keep the breakaway blades from coming all the way out.

Well I do think researching conspiracy theories is fun. Lots of interesting ones out there, some of them you wonder how they even came up with them!

Would you like to know what "fun" is? Fun is being able to go out one Thursday night a month with twelve friends, colleagues and former coworkers.
