Visit with the Boss & Boss' Husband at their home in Lake Mary for Friday and Sat.. move to Universal on Sunday.. check into RPR for 2 nights.. then move over to POFQ for 2 nights.. then finally to the Dolphin for 3 nights
Day Three Part 4
I re-enter the park as a solo now. Where to begin I start to take in the parks in a new light. I stroll and check out the shops.. admire the details take things a little slower as I write this report I regret not returning to the parks in the evening more often! It was a very nice moment . I was enjoying watching peoples faces as they saw the Hulk for the first time (gee.. that was just me a few short hours ago!).. some filled with Awe.. some with fear some running towards others running away So much fun! I decide to head on over to ride the monster once myself! I am now armed with my FOTL and 2 spare ones As My Boss and Her husband have gone home I kept their keys with me.. and figured I could either (a) use them myself to re-ride the rides that were only 1x before 3 or (b) take 2 people with me onto the express that dont have express. I saw no need for them to go to waste! This was the best part of my next few days in the parks.. finding someone to share my FOTL with. I head on over to HULK.. but because it had just rained, the express line was almost as long as the regular line.. the ride has just re-opened. So, I decided to skip it for now and move on to the back of the park. I hit spiderman next.. I figure I would go again to see if I liked it better the second time around. (worked for Mission Space!) As I am getting onto the Express line I see a mother and daughter who are about to get onto the regular line I ask them if they would like to accompany me on the express and they gladly accepted. It made for nice company on line I met so many nice people this way! The second time on Spidey was fun still felt the same way about it though! I said goodbye to my new friends and headed to the back of the park.. I had one thing on my mind.. Fire and Ice..(wait is that considered two??) I venture to the back of the park.. head into Jurassic Park and know that I am bypassing the water rides for now.. I will hit them again tomorrow . As I head further into Jurassic I notice that there is something missing People . I am literally the ONLY person walking back here I actually got a bit concerned wondering if I had misread the park hours and the park had closed I mean.. there was absolutely noone.. not a park employee.. not a squirrell.. Nothing!! As I head out of Jurassic Park I start to see some signs of life but not many . I see my goal.. Fire and Ice.. and I head into the express line There was noone in the immediate vicinity that needed express.. and the regular line looked short also.. so I just went by-myself when I went into the express door there was really no line at all.. no regular.. no express.. it was a walk on for either side So.. I chose Fire this time I went to the last row.. and WOW what a rush . I got off and went through the re-entry door and rode Ice.. last row I did this back and forth at least 6 times I actually started to get a little dizzy But I LOVE it . I decided to head back to the hotel as I have 2 more full days left of riding I also had just got a hankering for a cold beer and a good movie I strolled back to the hotel Have yet to ride the boat!!! It is about 9:30 and as I am walking out of the park the fireworks start to go off at the studios. It was nice to have them going off in the background as I walked. When I got back to the hotel, I discovered that there is really no-where to buy beer. Except from the bar. There is no grocery/convenience store. This is a bad thing!!! I would overhear people searching to buy milk for their babies and being told they have to get a cup of it at the bar!! Then I remembered my Loews first gift.. which happens to be Beer and nuts For sure that would be in my room by now! So.. with a happy step I head up to my room Down the LONG hallway again.. open the door (yes the keys worked this time!) and look around expecting to see beer Okay.. theres the $7.00 Evian but no beer! I had called down earlier to inquire and I was told it would be in my room when I returned this evening. It wasnt I called again and was told I had to inquire at the front desk. As I was going to go down in search of adult refreshments, I figured I would stop by now and I had to also make sure that they knew that my Bosses car was no longer in Valet. I go to the front desk and I am told that I was not entitled to my Loews first gift I had to explain that I was promised it due to the troubles I had checking in today. They went into the back to check and came back out to let me know that I was correct.. and that the gift would be in my room soon. I headed on down to the bar where I made my next discovery you can only buy one alchoholic beverage per person. Hmmmmm now I am irish.. and one beer just wasnt going to cut it. J I wasnt looking for a case or anything.. two would have held me over nicely for the evening! So time to be creative I see that the pool bar is still open.. so.. I head over there and buy my second one gee $12 for 2 beers! Hardly seems worth it! Well My liver thanks Royal Pacific!! LOL!!! I went back up to my room and enjoyed the fruits of my labor! Then I hit the shower and hit the hay! During the night I could have sworn I heard something rustling about in my suitcase . I think Mickey was wondering why he still hadnt been let out of his case . I am hoping I can keep him under wraps for 2 more days!!! We shall see!!
