So far, I have been a real pain in the butt to Southwest. I have made approximately 5 changes to my itinerary, and each and every time I've called, they have made the changes I've requested without giving me any grief or adding any charges.
This morning, I called to ask if they could split my DH & my ticket into TWO tickets (so that we could pre-board over the internet). The rep, named Tammy, had it keyed in before I even completed my sentence.
I'm so glad they serve Philly now!
I fly in a little over two weeks, so I'm hoping the flight is as good as the service!
