I know it'll notify me of a message but I've never had it take this long to get even the 1st response on amex chat. Using the app. Know their stuff has been bad the past week or so but I expect it before 10 min like normal. Maybe by the end of the week it'll be resolvedjust want my resort credit.
Eta and now almost 30 min later the chat box is gone so I guess that's the end of that.
Thanks for this....I was on 13 minutes waiting so far....and will just give up.
I just want my free 30k points for a pay over time email I got last week that won't activate from clicking from the email!
