Thank you!Yes you will be able to get Disney cards with the free pass. I did it when they had the bigger discount offer around the holidays. No problems at all.

I looked before because I have had the $10 online membership in the past. It doesn't seem to be an option anymore.I do not see a $10 online membership. Just a free one day membership.
Mine was a renewal in NovemberI do not see a $10 online membership. Just a free one day membership.
She should be able to sign up for Chase Credit Journey, no Chase account required.I was planning on signing up my college freshman on CK, but then noticed that since she's an AU on my Amex card, if I log into Amex as her, it tracks her credit score. She's also an AU on one of my Chase cards but since there is no separate log in, I don't know if they have that feature.
Credit Karma is useful for checking what is being reported. I think for most of us it is duplicated in a few different places. Personally I use Credit Check Total which is now Experian. If I really want to keep a closer eye on things I will use one of the 30 day free trials to the higher subscription service, otherwise the free one works for most of what I want. The biggest difference between them is that CK actively monitors and will send you alerts, Experian just lets you know when you log in.Yep, my may flights got all screwed up.
I see a lot of posts here about Credit Karma. Is there anything better about that than Experian or Lifelock? After DH's chase cards and gmail (what a freaking nightmare) got hacked a couple of years ago we signed up for lifelock and I have the free experian one. Do I need CK too?
Also, what are the best blogs or sites to read about the different cards and such? The only one I really know about is TPG. I've been following along here, but I'm a nerd and I like to read all the things lol
Yes, 30 days. Did you try for retention already?
Thanks. I have not tried for a retention offer (yet?) because I did get one last year. Everything I've read seems to say that AmEx does not give retention offers two years in a row. Also, there's been minimal spend on this card, although I'm not sure how much that factors into a retention offer.
CongratsWoohoo, instant approval for P2 on CIU with a $6k credit line!! First instant approval for P2 in awhile, and finally a credit line higher than 3000.
Questions for those of you who buy DGC at BJs:
How much does BJs sell $100 DGC for?
Do they ever go on sale (bigger discount)?
I have two Chase offers - 20% up to $20 and 10% up to $10. What is the best way to maximize the discount without buying "too much?"
(I don't want to buy a $500 GC and get only $20. I would want to spend $200 and $100 or as close to those amounts as possible, not going over by too much if that makes sense.)
TIA
Which card did you see the 20 percent on? I do have the 10 off across some cards. I think I will
sign up for the online membership you recommended. I havent ordered from Bj's in a long time
but it was free! To maximize the 10 dollars should i order one 100 and one 25 card? (i can't see
the discounted prices)
Yeah - I had the $10 online membership in the past. It doesn't seem to be an option anymore.

Not a BJs member so I can't verify how up to date these numbers are, or if they differ online vs in store, but GC thread is maintained nicely and this is on page 1.

They've moved into June as well. Got an email our 6/3 flight was changed. Had the only nonstop booked, now there are no nonstops MDW to BUR. Rebooked all of us. Of course, that is not the flight I wanted changed because I screwed up.For anyone with SW flights booked in May…they are now changing the schedule around ….
This was my experience as well. My first card was BOA with a $500 limit. It was 2001 when I was a freshman in college. My experience with BOA and my son getting a BOA card when he started college dates back to 2005 when they were giving out credit cards to college kids like candy…he had no problem getting a card then..it did have a $500 CL….no idea how hard/easy it is now
Thank you! I just logged in as you suggested. I was able to renew for $10 even though my membership expired in 2019.I had a BJs online membership that expired Nov 2020. I just logged in and was given the option to renew at $10. Trying to decide if it's worth it. I need to check cards again, I only noticed 10% up to $10 on 2 cards this morning.
If you previously had an online only acct you might try logging in and check to see if you can renew. I did not proceed, but I'm looking at a checkout button and $10.
I think i would buy the 100 and 25 to not got over too much? or maybe just the 100 I only have the 10%. *DH got the 20. Lucky you to have 20!Questions for those of you who buy DGC at BJs:
