I had read online there were rumors that she opted out of dynamic pricing, was hoping it was true.
on Reddit it shows that's not the case I remember when I bought foo fighter tickets they said the foo fighters wished to not enable dynamic pricing.
here's what it says for Taylor. The artist benefits from this too though no matter how much they blame ticket master, they have the ability to not do this even with Ticketmaster.
Maybe its a mistake and why they pushed the tickets back? not sure.

I’m so stressed about the Taylor Swift tickets. Was waitlisted for a presale code, but I’ll be trying at 2pm with capital one. My 14-year old desperately wants them. And I won’t mind at all going with her. But man this is stressful! I think I would’ve rathered camp out overnight at the Ticketmaster office, like the old days!

Has there been “dynamic pricing” or sticking to the $49-$449 price?
This is AGONY! My daughter was the only one to get the presale stuff, and in that unending, unchanging queue of 2000+......this is horrible. I said the same thing to my husband, I think I'd rather have camped out!!! She is gonna be so disappointed if she doesn't get one!

@sinnika I thought you once did a big Capital One sign up offer for a massive $50k spend, but I think there's a newer one out there. The Spark Travel Elite gets 2x points, so I think between the signup offer and the spend, it's like 350k points.

Wow! I need to check that out! I love my Venture x card. It was the Spark business that I earned a ton of points on. It’s been closed since January but I was able to transfer those points to my Venture x 😊

Fellow Japan travelers.
We will be going from Osaka to Hiroshima by Shinkansen Train. We plan to fly from HIJ to HND. I'm waiting until we are closer to our June trip to book. But I'm looking at either booking JAL via Avios (7.5K) or ANA via United (5.5K).
I'm hoping for another Avios transfer bonus, but I'm actually really considering booking ANA since we'll be flying JAL to and from Japan. Anyone have any experience with either of those flights?

if anyone remembers my whining about p2 not getting credit for the Chase 20% flash offers at the end of September for Game Stop,HD and CVS, on his debit card, and repeated messages to Chase saying he had to call in? I had written those off in my head, as he wasn't going to call, so I gave up. Well all of the sudden, today, the credits showed up. Go figure! Made me happy!

My daughter has been online since 10. Everything is down. Nothing is moving. Her and a friend had Presale Codes. Will try tomorrow with Cap One if nothing happens today.

I don't understand how Ticket Master did not see this coming. Seriously. Maybe have each venue have a different sale date. Not everyone at once. Crazy.

My friend just texted me that her daughter has been trying all day too.

TM says that if you're in the queue you'll eventually have the chance to purchase tickets. Being on her computer so long sucks, but according to TM she just has to "hang in there". I mean, who doesn't want to spend an entire day married to their computer :crazy2:?

I can't believe the TM didn't see the huge demand coming -- such poor planning on their part.

I booked ANA via United for my two flights. I didn't look at the other but was good with the redemption and fees with United.

Thanks. She is hanging in there (but very frustrated). They really did poor planning on this. What do they think is going to happen on Friday when general sales happen!!

Update: I flew 11/6 and 11/13 on points. My flight count for A list has in fact gone up by one flight, I'm guessing the outbound. Return was just yesterday, so there's probably delay. I can verify again in a couple of days if I get credited the 11/13 flight as well, but it appears that points flights are counting towards A list status right now. That's or it's a fluke?
@Alexle2007 , another flight has since credited. So, I definitely got credit for points flights booked 6/16, flown 11/6 and 11/13.

I think Taylor Swift’s people love the fact that it crashed - it’ll be all over the news tonight! And ticket master doesn’t care - it’s not like we have another option. 🤪 So frustrating!
Good luck to everyone tomorrow!

Money orders are driving me a little nuts. First I had the issue with B of A returning them so I had to have Western Union reimburse me. Wasn't that bad but it cost me $30. I decided to try depositing them at Capital One ATM and leave B of A alone for now. First time, no issue. Second time the ATM returned both of them to me. I crossed out my C1 account number and wrote my Wells Fargo account number and deposited them at WF. Hopefully that works. I think the issue is my Food Lion's printer is really light and sometimes they don't load the money orders right so the amount in numbers is hard to read.

And I got my production date on my CRV today (mid January). Yay!

I have no idea what all the concert stuff is about but it's for the best:)

Question why not get the rail pass or does it take too long?

Spending 8 hours watching the dot inch forward on the computer to get tickets is ridiculous! Got tickets in the end, but this has been a frustrating day. Hope others are able to get tickets as well. On the bright side, I am getting more credit card points for my effort!
