Usually them pulling TU means you're on the fence and they want to see if anything was missed from the first pull.

I've purchased them at Target (near electronics), Walmart, CVS, BestBuy, Rite Aid, and Walgreens. You should be able to get at least 5% discount with Target card or WM Freedom category. There's the BestBuy amex offer 25/250, if you have it and want to spend that much at BB. I think there's also a Rite Aid offer on some Chase cards. Some wholesale clubs also sell them. I bought some once from Sam's online and they came unactivated. That was a big mess to fix.

I spent a week tweaking things and getting the Celebrity cruise AO to show up on 6 cards. I was thinking I’d wind up with $450 in statement credits and $45k MRs. When I finally read the T&Cs I realized it was for Celebrity cruise booked via Amex Travel. This wasn’t going to work since I’ve got a better deal with my TA. Rookie move and lesson learned. Sigh.

In more happy news I’ve upgraded my Hilton card and now have a second Aspire. Super excited about that!

I also maxed out both Freedom card PayPal 5x bonuses this morning with Bkack Friday discounted Disney GCs at BJs. That’ll be a nice savings towards the annual dues.

When I finally read the T&Cs I realized it was for Celebrity cruise booked via Amex Travel. This wasn’t going to work since I’ve got a better deal with my TA. Rookie move and lesson learned. Sigh.

In more happy news I’ve upgraded my Hilton card and now have a second Aspire. Super excited about that!

I think it should work as long as the charge comes from Celebrity. There’s a thread on Cruise Critic. Maybe try one first to see?

Check out KillerCam on Twitch. He runs a live tracker bot that sounds an alarm when the major online retailers (including some of the electronic specific sites) drop the consoles. He and the people in the group chat often end up with inside info that predicates drops with decent accuracy. I scored several last year.

I got a roku a few weeks ago during early access, and it was instantly sold out once everyone could buy online. Now Roku isn't nearly as hot an item, but if you already have early access through w+, it doesn't hurt to take a look when it drops tomorrow.

I saw the PlayStation 5 is supposed to be online at Walmart tomorrow early access too. I was thinking about signing up for the W+. I don’t have platinum, but can get it for 50% off with my regular Amex card.

Update - booked my flights to Greece for October. Used Skymiles/MR transfer. The Delta site is still buggy and just magically worked for me once today, enabling me to grab seats.

Need to pick a hotel next for three nights before our Virgin cruise. Leaning toward Grand Hyatt Athens currently.

"Offer valid only for qualifying reservations booked directly online at celebrity.com/amex, via the US reservation phone line 1-844-530-3783, through the merchant mobile app, or a Travel Professional between 10/18/2021 and 3/27/2022. "

If you have this one it should work with your TA as long as the charge comes from Celebrity.

Thanks! You and @wanderlust7 have helped me cut through some serious brain fog. Yeah, it's there and I simply didn't/couldn't see or process it. Things have not been quite the same since the onset of BP while I was on the China ABD trip in 2018. Most days are normal and the neuro damage is only physically visible due to the synkinesis. Selfies are like an endless roll of "who wore it better" facial drooping between me and Quasimodo. Brain fog sets in once in a while and thankfully only briefly and the pain is mostly manageable. This morning the right side of my face was pounding so hard it woke me up. It's been a craptastic roller coaster that I wouldn't wish on anyone. None the less, I do know from others who never fully recovered that it could be much worse. Anyhow, my sincere thanks to you both!

Minor points fail…I put my Freedom back in my wallet as we frequent Walmart, so I started using it while dining because I knew the Unlimited and Flex both have 3x at Dining and Drugstores, ignoring the fact that this Flex benefit does not apply to the original card. We have 2xCFU, 1xCFF, and 2xCSP, and I’ve been using the only one without 3x.
