Will someone check my SW CP assumptions/plans.

P1 (1/24) had 2 SW biz bonus in March 2019 so they're eligible for everything.
Plan: apply for SW Performance October, SW Premier January

P2 (2/24) got bonuses for SW Performance Jan. 2020 and SW Premier April 2020 so they are eligible for SW Per Jan 2022 and SW Prem in April 2022.
But the goal would be to have Companion Pass for a California trip in early April. Sooo..
Plan: apply for personal card November, Performance biz card in February.

ETA: all spend to be met for January 2022 and not before. No jinx.

Looks good to me. The old dps said to be sure cards were canceled for at least 30 days before churning. I’ve heard someone mention shorter, but I plan to play it safe.

Any reason to go heavy on personal cards vs biz?

Take a walk through the Walmart pharmacy section, next to the "family planning" is a half aisle of them.

I know a few of you are experts at the traveling sports team thing...I've got 4 sons and one of them is going to Orlando for a travel tournament for the first time . They are staying an Embassy Suites and he is going with my husband (my other son has Homecoming so I'm staying for that otherwise I would go). I have Diamond status with Hilton and the Hilton Surpass and Business cards. Can I reserve it with my credit card and have my husband check in? Will he need my credit card? Or, it's in 12 days, should I make him an AU on my business card? Amex doesn't like him if that makes a difference. Hmmm, with online check-in, this might not be a problem, right?

ETA: Wait, I just saw that I could add an AU for 5,000 points with $500 spend. would they let my son (15 years old) hold the reservation and the points would be tied to my Hilton account?

Ugh... DH hasn't been approved for a Chase Biz card since 1/2020, I'm not sure what the deal is, he applied today wasn't instantly approved or denied... I use the same information as I do for my business applications and I've been instantly approved for the last 2 Biz cards. His credit is even better than mine by a few points.

We really need this SW Biz card to be approved so we can keep his CP pass for another year.

I would book the hotel in your name and then have your. DH “check-in” early for you Using your DS’s new CC. (Assuming it is a personal since you need to be 18 years or older for a Biz card with AmEx.

What the heck is going on with PayPal? I have my Chase card set as preferred for online but I had charges go to DH’s CS Plat and Vanilla Plat instead? I just deleted those cards but not very happy to lose out on 5x.
