Aww, poor Puggles! So sorry to hear that. Hope it gets better!! I know it’s heartbreaking and such an expense when they get hurt/sick, etc. And I am right there with you and the dog drama…
Let me tell you about my children (aka dog babies)… We have been three times to the vet in the last month. Pup #1 broke off his right dew claw nail, who knows how! Bleeding so much, wouldn’t leave it alone. Then a week later, Pup #2 had an extremely severe allergic reaction to something external, and had to be rushed to the ER vet for hives ALL OVER his body and trouble breathing when his airways were closing. Now, Pup #1 has broken off his other (left) dew claw nail!! Omg. I will never ever allow a breeder to keep dew claws on any puppy I buy again. I know some breeders tout this as an unethical thing to remove dew claws, but so far my puppy isn’t even 1 yet and he’s broken both off and had to be on pain killers and vet both times, so from my experience, they have to go when the pups are born. It’s such an easy procedure when they are first born and would have saved me so many headaches so far. Now, I have a 1 year old that I may need to pay for a surgery to have them removed completely, which will be a couple grand and involve a traumatic experience putting the dog under
