I think anyone like you using their education/professional experience to perform services that are not specifically listed would use:
Professional, Scientific, Tech Services
Other Prof, Scientific, & Technical Svcs
Other Professional, Sci, Tech Services

That seems to be Chase's intended catch all for professional services that are not listed in their drop down menu.
Thank you. That was my thought as well. We shall see.

Save a slot for the Amex Gold in Early 2021

I believe this will be a good year to get/keep the Gold card because this $250 AF card should have:

* $120 Cheesecake Factory (and a few others) credit ($10 per month). Many of us pick up $10 GCs and save up for dinner.
* $100 airline incidentals credit (benefit ends at the end of 2021)
* $120 Uber/Eats credit ($10 per month). Many order Uber Eats for pickup. Benefit begins sometime in "early" 2021

That's up to $340 credit on a $250 AF card during 2021, and only in 2021 (unless they raise the AF?), not to mention 4x on dining and grocery.
I'll try to let y'all know when the Uber/Eats program goes into effect, but by then DoC will be all over it, so you'll prolly hear it there first.

airline incidental credit is gone by the end of 2021, so its goes back down to $240. hopefully they wont raise AF!

On the Amex Platinum card Best Buy/HD credits; I just received mine and I understand the credits are for those who have had their card more than 60 days, is it too much to expect that after 60 days, I may see those offers as well?

TIA

Travel pros: looking at US destinations for our family vacation this summer, and thinking about Colorado (Vail? Steamboat Springs? Telluride? Breckinridge? Others?) or maybe Sun Valley, ID. We’ve got 15- and 17-year-old boys, so looking for someplace with lots of active options (rafting, zip lining, etc....). Would love your thoughts and suggestions.

I think so.

Maybe these choices work for your business: "Professional, Scientific, Tech Services" and then the sub-category of "Mgmt, Scientific, & Tech Consulting" then choose "Admin and General Mgmt Consulting." That may be close enough to your exact services. I think as long as you pick the closest possible description you'll be fine. Because I don't see how they can expect an applicant to list an exact detailed description if they only have a drop down menu with limited choices.
I'm probably too late to respond, but under Professional, Scientific, Tech Services there's a subcategory Other Professional... and then it repeats again for the third subcategory. Hopefully, you've already applied and are approved. :)
Thanks so much for your help! Instant approval for the CIC! with a $3,000 credit limit. I guess I'll have to take the full three months to make the MSR with that low of a limit.

The Park Hyatt Steamboat Springs looks really nice.

New here! I've been active on the DCL and ABD boards where I've enjoyed reading about Calypso's travel hacking experiences. Now I want to learn how :-)

We spent two weeks traveling through Utah this past fall. Seven days/six nights of it was in Moab and we were in no hurry to leave. My boys are 12 and 13. We rafted the Colorado, hiked every single trail in Arches, explored Canyonlands (not as thoroughly as we could), loved Dead Horse Point State Park. You can rent mountain bikes and bike all over, too. There is A LOT to do in that area for active people. My boys also loved seeing all the rigs that people had for overlanding. Moab, unlike our experiences in the rest of Utah, actually had some pretty decent food, too. We stayed at the Hyatt in Moab on points.

Can you move credit from personal cards to business? I have one business card (CIU) with only a 5k limit, but a few Chase personal cards with crazy high limits.
Unfortunately no you can’t move Chase CL from personal to business cards.
$3k seems to be a common CL issued on their business cards right now... DH & I were given that in November

:welcome: to the Credit Cards thread!

I bet more than one of us will be happy talk DCL adventures with you ... and I see you've already met @calypso726 through her trip reports.

I'm no expert on world travel, but it looks like you're off to a good start with United and Chase points.
I think folks will want to know how long ago you got the sign-up bonus (SUB) for the Sapphire, or at least if that was over 3 years ago (or close to the 48 month limit).

Good luck, happy travels, and welcome!

hello fellow LAXer,
LAX is pretty wide open when it comes to airline loyalty. Not too many routes to New Zealand, i think its only UA and Air NZ. You can either fly direct or the other best way is to stop in Asia somewhere, ie Japan(SQ/Japan/ANA), Taiwan(EVA) or Hawaii before flying to NZ. u will find more availability that way than direct. Qantas can also be an option too.
