Does anyone know whether the SWA change works for Hawaii flights? I saw something on another board that made me think it might not?

My 4 yo laptop is an HP 360 Envy 13.3 inch, intel i7. Small. Fast. Backlit and I love touchscreen. I'm all fumbles with the one I'm using. I actually also have a Dell bought for work that's maybe 6 years old that hasn't been out of it's bag in ages. I bought this one because it fits in a tote bag without having to have a special bag for it and it travels well, can be locked in a lot of safes, and used in the dark without waking others, in a hotel room. It would cost about $1200 to replace, so here's hoping the battery replacement is all that is needed.

Yep, I like ultralight laptops too. I can throw mine in my purse. Not sure how I used to use the old clunky one. Hoping the battery replacement gets you back in business!

This is my pet peeve about our work laptops. I swear the feds must look for the heaviest, crappiest ones they can purchase.

Thanks! The one good thing I have to say about this one is I am more tempted to clean my kitchen then to stay on this thing all day!

Still watching for my Hyatt 5K points from the 50 transactions. And, I'm quickly finding ways to use those Amazon Gift card reloads - eg: laptop battery.

I'm also grateful I have a DD that is tech savvy enough to open up the laptop. The battery is internal and I would never have even looked at it. I called the geek squad and fortunately the website and the phone are so disfunctional I got hung up on and couldn't get the info I wanted from the site without committing to a service call or appointment. Standalone repair shops did not show with google. Maybe that is the good thing about Apple = repair. Still not sold.

I have another car rental question. My sister and I are arriving together but she is staying longer than I am. Would there be any issue with me renting the car with my CSR, but she returns it? I'm adding her as an additional driver.

I've never had anybody check my ID when returning a car. Most of the time it's just pull it into the returns line, get your stuff and walk away.

I have now gone almost completely Chromebook. Better battery life, faster, does 99% of what I need to do with a computer and I'm not nearly as concerned about it since it only cost $150. I keep the gaming PC I built for those rare occasions I actually need something not online.

I'm going to spend some time looking at specs on various brands. I'm not necessarily locked into HP. I have preferences such as portability. Believe it or not, I had excellent battery life, until I didn't have any. I thought my big problem was a bad charging port, not battery, since when it charged, it was good for the day. I've usually got plug in power wherever I am as the Kia has a household plug in outlet or whatever you call it so I can use it in the car.

will they let you do one ticket per transaction?

I am not sure. I needed 4 hoppers - 3 for my family and one for a friend. When it came time to pay I told her I had 2 gift cards and the rest would be on a CC. She said the system would only take two forms of payment. I asked if I could do the one hopper in a separate transaction and she was willing. Luckily the amount of my two gift cards was almost exactly (a few dollars over) what I needed for the 3 tickets.

I just went and am now converting to money orders so I can pay my mortgage tomorrow. Ran into another disboarder. There was only one $200 gift card left at 10:01 but the manager went to the back and replenished.

Tried for the CSR this morning for P2 and after some issues getting the site to load, submitted application and got the 7-10 days message. Called recon, closed on Sunday. Called customer service and they couldn't locate the application and suggested re-submitting. Chase website says that part of the site isn't working right now. Odd... seems like the MDD isn't gonna happen and it's my own fault for not researching enough, but the site is also being a little weird.

Before I call again, what are the magical words to get the Disney confirmation number from AA?

This morning's wait was longer, I opted for a call back and still spent almost half an hour on hold. This lady could only give me their confirmation number which isn't going into MDE.

New month tomorrow, March will be better.

EDIT: Nevermind. I found the number to Disney Wholesale again and called them. Super helpful. I was hesitant to go that route because last year when everything shut down I was unable to get through to anyone via that line, didn't know if it was operational again or not. Happy to know that's working again and we are all set.
