I have one restaurant purchase from last week that has not posted.

Your comment about checking a few times a day makes me realize that I have assumed that the credits post overnight, and if they have not posted by like 8 am then they are not going to post that day. Am I making this up?

It may appear that way but I have seen credits post later in the day. Plus, we are not all in the same time zones.

I set up a payment on my wireless bill with my AMEX to use the offer for the $15 monthly credit. Would be smart (or unwise) to make another monthly payment using a different Amex card for the $10/month offer?

depends on what provider. im on att, i usually prepay $15 early in the month and then let my autopay pick up the rest.(for 5x UR on my CIC)
if your on verizon, it might not be a good idea to put the $15 in because i think then u lose $20 on autopay.

It's been 2 Tuesdays since DH was approved for a CIC on my referral, no referral bonus for me yet. :( I'm going to have to call about his MF UR's also I think. The website shows 5 visits to the MF site (it had trouble loading) but not the purchase. Like everyone else the AE credit posted at least.

If I use the AMEX $15 cell phone offer and then pay the remaining bill with my Chase Flex will that negate the cellphone insurance from MC? I wasn't able to find anything in the terms about partial payments, but I'm pretty sure my eyes started glazing over after reading two or three paragraphs.

I think we're all kinda stuck in this boat wondering that. I went ahead and paid the $10 a day earlier then paid off the bill. I know my bill has varied because of credits from ATT. So I would like to think the $10 won't matter.

My provider will allow it. I am worried that Amex will get mad.

It definitely can take longer than 2 weeks for the support URs to post and I’ve had them post late at night on a Tuesday.
I believe I read somewhere that MF has to confirm the purchase

I'd like to think so too, but not sure I'm willing to risk the cellphone insurance benefit. That's pretty much the reason I got the Freedom Flex.

Why? It's what most people with a plat did last year, paid the amount of the credit and then used another card for the rest. Some people have more than one credit now, I have 2, so I'll pay the 10 on each of my biz and then whatever is down as my card for this quarter for the rest of my part of the bill then my mom has it set to autopsy with att.

That's good news! That's exactly what I wanted to do but thought I'd ask here first to make sure it would not cause an issue with Amex. I don't want to get on their bad side, lol. Since I don't have a plat (yet :D) , I tend to skim over all of those posts.

I'll jump on the wagon. Still no MF credit from Amex, purchase date 1/28.

Has anyone received a credit for any of Amex's new offers last week - restaurant or cell phone?

I like to pay my balance a few times a month, mostly because I like seeing zero's and now I'm watching these cards a couple of times a day waiting for the credits to post. I did get a 'used your offer' for the cellphone one but not for the restaurants one, and now I'm wondering if my choices are being recognized. Still would have eaten/ordered but would have used a different payment method.
I used the restaurant offer also last week (2/2) but no credit on that either.

I sent dh a rakuten support link, so he could get the $75 from Betterment too. I signed him up, placed a Target order, that tracked for him right away. The cash back shows in his account. The $20 friend amount showed in my cash back right after that. Now a couple of hours later it's gone. Thoughts??

American AAdvantage miles question - it looks like those miles expire after 18 months with no activity. How can I tell when my last activity occurred? In my account, it only shows activity in the last 6 months. Thanks!

When I login on the AA website and click on “account” the next page shows all my information and includes the expiration date under my miles.
