Don't stress too much - yesterday my business cards had 7,500 and now I see one with 12,000. I'm going to sign up with my son's AU card to see if it tracks.Well I’m an idiot ...when I signed up just looked at my Chase personal cards...ugh my business cards have the 15,000 offer![]()
Yesterday afternoon. Had trouble getting into the offer page (lots of spinning), then when I finally did and filled it out & clicked sign up, got a spinning wheel until it timed out. Got an AmEx email almost immediately, and something from MF that I had signed up, but no acknowledgement from Chase. When did sign up?
I’m in the same boat. Got the Amex email immediately when I signed up last night. Never got a chase email. Also shows that I visited MF but doesn’t show the transaction :-/ anyone have experiencing canceling this for a refund?Yesterday afternoon. Thanks that helped.Go to the shopping page, then at the top there is a My Shopping Details tab, its in there.
I checked mine again tonight and it is the same as yours. I am not going to bother having my P2 sign up until I see if mine tracked.I’m in the same boat. You’re not the only one. It doesn’t seem to have tracked on DH’s account eitherI finally got my Amex email saying I used the offer, but now I'm the only one here who doesn't have any URs pending.![]()

Mine doesn't show any orders at all, just the visits, so yours sounds more promising.I don't have any URs pending either (so far as I can tell). Nothing under "recent transactions," but "store visits" does show MF and a correct order amount, so maybe the URs will show up somewhere sometime?
i don’t have any URs pending either. Only a store visit and no $ amount listed.I finally got my Amex email saying I used the offer, but now I'm the only one here who doesn't have any URs pending.![]()
Yes, and for what it's worth, the same is true of the Citi shopping portal. You're supposed to use your Chase card. From FAQ:
"To be eligible for the additional points, you must use your Chase card with Ultimate Rewards to pay for your order at the online retailer's site."
So in theory this double dipping shouldn't work. But in practice, I think it just works like any other shopping portal, so they don't know what card you used. If it didn't track though, I don't think you can go back and ask them for it. Now that Motley Fool is upset, I wonder if Chase has a way to verify what card you used. Or maybe the e-mail to FM was just a scare tactic to stop the bleed lol.
You can check in the offer terms. In the past, upgrade offers haven't had lifetime language. But there was a DP recently that a 25k plat upgrade offer did. There's speculation that taking an upgrade offer helps with the pop-up (but who knows).
Thank you! I think I have 330K URs and like 25k MRs. My daughters #1 request is business class or 1st class, LOL. I guess my biggest concern is the flights. Hotels are much less of a concern, as my DD doesn't really care as much about where we sleep, LOL. Is there a good way to figure out the best airline to book the flights through? I need to get from DTW to Ireland. I can fly out of Toronto too, which I've hear going out of Canada is often way cheaper (at least when it comes to paying out of pocket). I know from reading sometimes you get better redemptions booking a different mileage currency on an airline.
