I’m actually in the hospital right now. Water broke around 8 pm last night and we went to the hospital. They said he should be born around 8 am so we’re getting close. I’m just laying in the bed trying to relax. I did end up taking the epidural but waited long enough that it didn’t slow things down. No pitocin so it’s been all natural besides the epidural. Hopefully we’ll meet him soon

@Haley R posted at 0623. If the nurse was expecting 0800 she must have been dilated around 9-10 with a plan for about 1-2 hrs of pushing sometimes with epidural and first time baby. Hoping all is well

Totally off topic sourdough question.
I forgot to feed my starter yesterday. There is about 1 1/2 cup. If I feed it now, can I use a cup later today for a recipe?

I carry a copy of the kids birth certificates in my carry-on at all times (even now that they aren’t lap children). The copy always worked when we needed proof of age but that was 4 years ago now. I still carry them in there to this day lol.

FWIW, the check in agent also told me a picture of the birth certificate on my phone would work, too, in case I was concerned about losing it.

Target had lot's of flour again today, but of course, since I wanted sugar, they were out. Well they had 10 pounds bags, but it would take me years to use all that.

On the July trip topic, part of me says, please just announce closed asap so I don't have to choose. Part of me thinks if they are open, even only partly, we will go. The plane ride sounds more unnerving than the parks LOL. This trip is just me and dd so I really really want to go. Especially after cancelling April and working 55-58 hours a week right now. I am beat and need to do something!
