Me too!Looking forward to meeting you Sat afternoon!!!!
Thank you! I checked our kids' various flights for our trip next week----one dd's flight back to school went down more than 4000 RR so those points are back in my accountI have been checking a SW flight coming up for weeks. It kept going from $349 to $399 - for just one way. All of the Saturday/Sunday flight were crazy like that. This morning it was $139!!! Check your SW flights. Saved over 15,000 pts. Yay!
Thank you! I only save 3,500 points total but every little point helps.I have been checking a SW flight coming up for weeks. It kept going from $349 to $399 - for just one way. You just have to pay a fee to reinstate your miles. You can't change the dates on web specials like you can with AA saver, but you can pay the fee to get your miles back. I called last week there was no hold time. Our trip to China (Beijing & Shanghai) that was booked for October of this year is now cancelled and can be rescheduled up for 24 months from original departure date. So looks like we won’t be doing China until sometime in 2022. Bummer but of course we’d rather be safe than sorry! I’m also glad that the uncertainty is over. Next will be to try and deal with AA on our positioning flights to NY. They were booked on points as web special awards, so I’m pretty skeptical that they’ll make any accommodation. But If anyone got through to them, please share your experience!
Guess we’re gonna stick to domestic only travel this year also, so we’re thinking of heading to the Keys instead.
That is fantastic!!! I have been checking mine but I was lucky enough to get great prices already and I would be shocked if they went any lower. The lowest I have ever gotten from our airport is $89 and for this trip I got $99 and $109 each way.I have been checking a SW flight coming up for weeks. Thanks for posting. I had checked yesterday and got a few points back. Checked again today and I’m up 20,000 points!I have been checking a SW flight coming up for weeks. AA is waiving change fees for tickets purchased March 5 to March 31. It seems that they are trying to entice people to travel? I don’t see any info on waived fees for tickets purchased before that. We are scheduled to fly to NYC in mid-April for my kids first visit. I think I will wait until about 2 weeks before to make a decision. I’m having a difficult time finding the fees for a change to a web saver ticket booked with miles - is it $150 /ticket to change ($900 total) or $150 for the first plus $25 for each additional ($275) to reinstate since what I would do is just change the dates not the departure or arrival airport?
My dad is immunocompromised. He absolutely doesn’t worry - he plans to go ahead with his trip to Romania in May but I feel right now, I should be cautious for both of us. We are living with my parents while we do an addition to our house.
Princess updated their policies a bit so anyone with upcoming Princess bookings in the next couple months should check on them (they vary depending on your date of departure and really only apply to departures in the next couple months) ...but they are laughable in comparison to RCCL...For anyone booked on a RCCL cruise that sails on 7/31/2020 or before, they are now providing a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will receive future cruise credit for your full fare that must be used for a cruise that sails on or before 12/31/2021.

None of my flights have gone down - Orlando or Seattle. I'm interested to see pricing on the SW release next week.I have been checking a SW flight coming up for weeks. Getting info from Carnival, Royal, and Disney Cruise Line on many temporary change and cancellation policy changes going into effect today.

Yeah... Disney is taking a similar approach but less generous. All sailings until 5/31 can cancel up until the day before departure for 100% back as a cruise credit valid for 12 months from original sail date.I feel like RCCL got this right by taking all guesswork out and doing a blanket policy for all ships and itineraries within a date range.
Keep an eye out. The rest of the majors have moved today.I hope NCL does the same, would ease my concerns!!!
