This is me right now lol. I have no idea.

i have a CIC and was planning on PC-ing a CIP to the CIU in a few months.

Do they still have SUBs and if so am I allowed to hold two? Like if I applied and got a new CIC or a CIU, could I still PC one of my CIPs to it later if needed, just to keep it open?
Yes they both have @ 50,000 UR sign up bonus after a $3k spend...and as of now you can PC to the same card

Ok, so really, what to do?

DH has:
SW Pers 5+ yrs old
Disney Pers 5+ yrs old
CIP Biz 1/19
Cap 1 Spark Biz 1/19
Am Ex Green 1/19, was Plat but PC to Green

I have:
AU on DH SW and Disney (5+ yrs ago)
SW Biz 2/20
Kohl's 9/20

Have businesses we can apply for/thru. Both have CP already thru 2021. I like cash back or UR style cards, not really interested in the hotel specific cards yet. Intrigued by rotating categories. We do lots of spend at Sam's, Walmart, Amazon, etc. Normal years, fair amount of travel spend for businesses, but not much actual travel spend besides cruises that isn't work expenses, due to DVC and SW CPs. Don't really care about priority lounges. Would like to do Europe in 3-4 years or so, until then planning Hawaii, Alaska, NYC, and more National Parks.

Anyone want to help me create a plan? I'd be glad to use someone's support links for some advice!
Since you have businesses you could both apply for a CIC or CIU they have a 50k UR bonus after spending $3k in the first 3 months...

I’d say you’re either looking at Chase biz cards or a Sapphire MDD. Those would be your most lucrative options.

Chase biz cards have had mixed DPs on approvals and denials recently and we really don’t know why.

Your husband is definitely ready for a card. That recent Kohl’s Card hurts a bit on your end...so I’d wait to go for something in November using your name. Although I’m honestly not sure how that card might affect you going forward since it’s a store specific card I believe.

Booked an NCL Med cruise for summer 2022! It's very similar to the cruise I have for summer 2021, which I'm not feeling too confident about, especially not with my parents. Past cruiser discount of 15%, 3rd/4th passenger $99, TA discount comes to about 11.5%.

I was so sad when the NCL Amex Offer disappeared. Too much indecision about which card to put it on! But then I saved a bunch of random offers and it came back! Not right away or after logging out/back in, but a few hours later (weird). Just did the same on DH's account, hope I get it there too. That would be another $300 off.
I’m not feeling super optimistic another my july 2021 Disney Cruise (Norway/Iceland). Feeling like even if it sails the experience will be fairly compromised and it’s too expensive of a trip for me to want to sail under less than ideal conditions:(

DH and I have the Disney Visa and haven't used them in over a year. Received a letter from Chase they were closing us for inactivity or we needed to swipe in 50 days to keep active. Closed via SM today.

I'll just sign up for the card again sometime soon and take some more free Disney bucks, thanks. :D
Just FYI, for future planning, the offers have been updated recently.

Chase Disney Visa cards support offer changes. Both Disney cards now have support offers.
(edited for @SouthFayetteFan to add Bold Headline :p)

1. Support links offer both cards now. I have the no fee and show a family landing page like the Freedoms, so the Premier has a support offer that it didn't have before.

2. The no fee support offer has been reduced to $100 statement credit but only requires one purchase.

3. The Premier support offer is the $200 statement credit after $500 spend in 3 months.

4. The public offer is the same on the Premier from what I've found, but the public offer on the no fee is worse. Still can only find $50 statement credit offers for that one. So using a support link is still best play for the no fee currently.

For anyone that has a Premier card should check if you can generate a link now.

This is huge news actually - major changes. You might want to add a bolded headline statement. I can also add it to the news thread.

Well, I checked here for you, but it's not there, which surprised me since the cruise ones usually are. But a lot of hotel offers still are, just in case someone can use them.

I did add it to the News thread after doing some due diligence that I just didn't totally miss it. So it's there now and I gave you a bolded headline like you like.
I’m not sure if this is a positive or negative change... but it’s definitely something worth taking note of! 🤣

Thanks for the bold! I just like the big stuff to stick out 😊

Yeah I think it's a bit of both. Positive that the Premier had an offer now, but bummer that the no fee offer was reduced.

I remember back in the day getting $200 Disney GC for a single purchase. So the $200 stmt credit wasn't too far fetched, even if it was almost too good to be true.

Hey, you snuck a comment in the DD thread on me between my refresh of the threads and my ReferralMods announcement, LOL!

Chase Sapphire Reserve (CSR) support needed ... Please let me know if you can be of assistance (can't find any help on DISchurners).

Thanks!

ETA: Wife was instantly approved for CSP, so 80k points coming her way in a few months! Gonna have her try for CSR tomorrow
