No mailer needed. For sure for the first one, but recently people have also been getting more without a mailer. You will probably want to start with Citi first to get the clock going for your second, but Barclays also has an AA Business card.

Awesome, thank you so much!

For 2021, we are planning on a cruise, probably during Spring Break, with some friends of ours. We've done DCL a couple of times, and now that the kids are older, we're going to try out the Oasis class ships on RCCL.

For 2022, I turn 40 early that year, and I've always said I want to do a trip to Napa... that may change (the location, not the birthday!), but I'm still planning! :goodvibes

Napa is definitely on my list too!

My 40th is this August, which is why we're doing the Europe cruise on Oasis of the Seas. I'm trying to get into a pattern of "big" international trip one year, then WDW and closer cruise/beach the next. Rinse, repeat. That way I can more easily stay ahead of the points needs for international flights, etc. That makes sense in my mind at least. :bored:

SOUTHWEST 60k OFFERS ON PERSONAL CARDS:

PLUS: https://creditcards.chase.com/a1/southwest/AEP60kPlus?CELL=6PNF

PRIORITY: https://creditcards.chase.com/a1/southwest/AEP60kPriority?CELL=6W8G

PREMIER: https://creditcards.chase.com/a1/southwest/AEP60kPremier?CELL=6PND

Offer expires 6/10/19. No update to support links (yet??)

Just a 2k MSR here...reminder of the “1 SW PERSONAL” rule and that if you earned a bonus on ANY Southwest personal card in the past 24 months you are ineligible.
My ds just got his card, using the 50k in flight link. Do you think Chase would match him to the 60k?

Just signed up for Serve. So when do you have to have the money out to avoid the fee? Last day of the month? Or is there a closing date like a credit card?

Last day of the month the balance needs to be zero to avoid the fee.

I opened my Serve online 2/14, my monthly fee posts on the 17th of the month. It was a surprise to me because I was expecting it to be the last day of the month too. So I got hit with the $6.95 fee because I wasn't expecting it on the 17th.

Churner Chicken Little: the churning sky is falling...the churning sky is falling...

Card issuers: shutup churner chicken little...here’s a ton of great offers, news, and loopholes to exploit!

Other Churners:

Today’s plethora of news is ironic given some recent posts (including one yesterday here) saying essentially “the sky is falling”. THE GAME IS GOOD FRIENDS!!!

@Lain will probably beat me to it, but I will update news thread later once I’m in front of a computer, it’s too difficult on my phone.

INCREASED JetBlue Barclay card offers:

JetBlue Business 60k - 1k MSR (50k + 10k with AU spend) - https://cards.barclaycardus.com/banking/cards/jetblue-business-card/

JetBlue plus personal 50k offer : https://www.barclaycardus.com/apply/Landing.action?campaignId=2579&cellNumber=17

I know nothing about these cards or historical offers. Sharing straight from r/churning so please add feedback if you know if this is a good offer :)

And for the second time this year Barclays increase the Biz offer within a few weeks of my applying for the card. Guess I'll be hitting them up for another match.

And yes....it is a good offer.

I like that strategy!! I would LOVE to do a European or Med cruise... one day! I need to be sure our kiddos won't get overtired from walking around a city (like Rome), so I'm training them with longer days at WDW about once a month :rotfl:

Man if I won the lotto between now and May 16, I'd be booking that new Adventures by Disney trip to Egypt. I am *very* curious how expensive it will be! https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/b...folio-for-2020/?CMP=SOC-DPFY19Q3wo0425190008A

The prices are up and seem reasonable-ish (for ABD).

Between this trip and Japan, I have no interest in ABD anymore. More money for Scotland/Croatia/NZ I guess :)

Thank you! I was hoping for higher offers on these soonish. Since SW from our home airport now sucks (EWR), we're looking to move over to Jetblue. EWR, SWF, and HPN are all options for us there. Gonna get my husband the business card, maybe the personal as well.

I'm currently carrying a 0% balance on a very old Barclay card (will be paid off by November), so don't think they'd approve me or I'd probably do them too. Or maybe I'll look into paying that off sooner and putting some spend on it so maybe they'd approve me too?
