So Dh thought he would try flipping the puzzle on his own....well he ended up breaking it. I’m so mad but he’s fixing it now so I can’t be too mad. He has about half of it he still has to fix. So if you want Ultimate Rewards, you got a CSP bonus 2 years ago, and you don't want business cards...you're kind of out of luck...

You could get a Chase Freedom or a Chase Freedom Unlimited but neither are "big time offers". Both are perfectly fine cards though that numerous people here are willing to use a sign-up slot for. Your best bets would be the 2 other Chase biz cards (CIC and CIU) if you'd concede on biz cards.

If your stats are correct, you're basically at 0/24 and can get any cards you want...(now you did say "currently have" so is it possible you got other cards in the past 24 months that you have since closed...the best way to ask for advice is to follow the instructions in the sticky threads )

You could look on Credit Karma to see when you opened the cards. It might be less time consuming. You just won't find your Biz accounts there.

So both cards earn 50,000 pts after you spend $3,000. Which one really depends on what you plan to spend on them...

- CIU (chase Ink Unlimited) is VERY simple...1.5 URs for every dollar spent (it's basically identical to Chase Freedom Unlimited)

- CIC (Chase Ink Cash) earns 1 UR for every dollar except in certain categories: 5 URs on Internet, cable, phone and office supply stores; 2 URs on Gas and Restaurants.

If you won't do a lot in those categories I'd go CIU since your camp expenses would earn the 1.5 then vs 1.

CIC gives 5x points on office supply stores, phone, cable and internet
CIU give 1.5x points on all purchases
Sign up bonuses are the same 50k URs for a 3k spend

I just got the same offer. I already added my dd’s, my mom and stepdad all before so they could get tsa precheck. I did the free gold. Sounds like only your dh would be one to add but it’d go against his 5/24 so not worth it for 5k MRs.

Yes, definitely don't want that AU taking up a slot for DH. He's up next year to keep our SW CP going. Although he's only 1/24 and if I was going to take a slot it would be for an Arrival + and not that pathetic AmEx offer.

I got my new GE card in the mail today and my picture on it is hideous. I’m not sure why they bother with the picture, it looks like it was taken in one of those Chuck E Cheese photobooths. I don’t know if they still have those at CEC or not but they did when my kids were little 15 years ago. The pic is black and white and all grainy. Makes it look like my hair is 100% gray when it is actually only about 50% gray. Humph.

Fleet Landing used to be our go-to date night place, but I did my mom's 60th bday dinner there in January and the service was awful, they were out of tons of the menu items, and what they did have wasn't good. Thats why I left it off.

Bummer. It was a LONG time ago we were there.

Since my actual airline tickets coded the same as your gc purchase, will Amex think you bought tickets that don't qualify for the incidental fee credit? But maybe the description will change when the charge goes from posted to pending.

I was kind of kicking myself for not thinking that I could have tried to change my designated airline from SW to AA and bought some AA gift cards to apply toward the flights I bought yesterday, but now I'm thinking that churning fail might have helped me to dodge a bullet...

After looking at DPs, I think the pending description means nothing. It's going to be under "document type" after it posts. Now checking obsessively for it to post, but not holding out much hope. Oh well. Not really out anything unless I end up selling it.

I applied/approved 2/2, cards arrived in the mail yesterday 2/11. My last one also took about 10 days IIRC.

Congrats!! How many chase biz cards does this make for you and how long had you had your first CIP? Thinking about trying this for my dh to get him another CIP. I'm over 5/24 so no bueno for me right now.

Sorry been a long day of being a “mom taxi”. Now I have 2 open including this new one. Most I’ve had open at once is 3. Hoping to meet this spend quick before they can change their mind.

See, it's like when people say it's a dry heat. It's a chilly 60/70 here. Really.
The fog has been quite dense and I worry about DD driving in it...and the chilly 70 degree weather

My DD's is SO AWFUL when I'm sad I look at it...it's the epitome of a teenager who was awakened at 3 am and didn't brush her hair or put on makeup and then was grilled in the interview. I love it.
