Well, in actual cc news, dh was instantly approved for a Citi AA personal card. If he gets all the matches and gets the Barclay aviator that I sent in verification info for, he will have 185k AA miles. If I get my matches, I will have 197k AA miles. It's enough for us to just about cover 5 nights at Pop (2 rooms) and 4 nights at YC (2 rooms). Not a bad deal since I just got on the grAAvy train 2 mos ago!

I just need to clear something up. I drink Coke, and when I ask for a Coke, I don't really care what you bring me as long as it's dark and fizzy. But no Dr. Pepper, that's just disgusting and we live in a society.

Also no Pepsi, you'll be dead to me.

Usually also not root beer. If I want Barqs, I'll ask for Barqs.

Anything like Sprite/7-Up/orange soda are otherwise collectively soft drinks.

Living in CA and NC I was able to adapt when necessary, which is mostly using soda instead of pop unless you want a confused face staring back at you. Though I will NEVER call it The 5 or the 405, it's I 5 or I 90 or just 405.

Hey @SouthFayetteFan let me ask you this. Do you think you can book a hotel and a car on aa points now and then add tickets and dining at a later date?

If you read the terms and conditions (and I did read them word for word last night) - it seems any changes are VERY difficult and potentially costly with AA Vacations. I think you need to book what you want and stick with it unfortunately. It's not some full service travel agent.

No, he is definitely a light eater. He's a foodie, but generally eats like a medium sized bird. I considered letting it roll, especially since it's Disney's problem that they had his age wrong for the past few years (I've called to update it before). But, I know they usually ask at prix fixe meals, and I would feel a little guilty saying he is 9 when he turned 10 eight weeks before..

Please disney takes enough of your money. At check in just say 2 adults and 2 kids. No one asked his age if I remember plus I believe the rule is age at booking anyways.
