I just did it on the website...there's a little link on the right that said live chat. I would probably wait until your SM is resolved though, no sense in messing something up if it's already in process. OR maybe you should...it's Citi. I have no answer to that LOL! I could argue both sides...

Just saw on the news that Fico and Experian are looking to add how we pay utilities etc and our bank acct balance and if it's been overdrawn etc to our credit score. For some I can see it helping but at the same time I find this more invasive than what they already do. It's only in a pilot program you have to opt into right now, but I don't like it.

Squeee! P2's CIP #2 with EIN was approved!!! It was stuck on 30 days all day. I *only* checked 16 times, lol. Thought for sure we'd have to fax in the EIN letter (was already debating asking him to call or just wait for the letter).

His last Chase card was almost 3 months ago and I lowered CLs.

LOL, that wasn't too helpful! I'll just wait and see if they respond in the next couple days and then do the late-night chat. SM'ed citi and Barclay both two days ago and neither has replied

LOL, I'm back up to 8 MSRs. It's okay though, wouldn't do it without a plan. Got business expenses, kids' tuition, and taxes (going to overpay a little). And thanks to advice from @elgerber @platamama got rid of my escrow accounts on both our house and a rental. All by SM, easy peasy. More expenses for MSR!

As of 3/3/19, Amazon Web Services and Postmates no longer earn 3x UR on the CIP.

This probably doesn’t affect many people here, but Chase has gone crazy nerfing the CIP considering AWS is legit “internet services” and is big spend for actual businesses.

If I used AWS in a legit biz, I’d be calling and complaining. Chase is on a rampage. CIP is becoming useless other than the SUB.
