I get upgraded to ocean front. In July, I got upgraded to a corner room which was very nice, view wise. They also consider high floor an upgrade, but I prefer lower floors at the ocean.

I don't have them on the website so I had to log out of the app for my personal cards and login using my business card ID and password. I only had 4 offers on CIU and 2 on CIP.

That's what I figured and I don't really want to mess with the app. I have it set for fingerprint so I don't have to enter anything/remember anything. I had the lowes on my csr if I need it, probably for gc for xmas.

Does anyone have experience with Disney employee tickets?

DH has a new coworker who just left ESPN as a IT Contractor. They were chatting and got around to Disney and the coworker offered DH 4x 1-day park hopper "Complimentary Tickets" (2 summer, 2 winter. We would use by the expiration date) he wasn't going to use.

However I am concerned we may not be able to actually use the tickets. I was able to load them in MDE, but from what I've read the tickets could be cancelled since he is no longer and employee, and you need the employee to scan for the tickets to be activated. I did check with a friend who is a current ESPN employee who said we should be able to use because "they were accrued, so once printed they become currency", but I take that with a grain of salt!

We had been toying with doing a long weekend this spring when the kids have a random teacher professional development day off, so this tipped the scales to "why not!". If we can use the ticket for 1 park day, we'd do another day at Lego or Sea World, and 1 resort/DS day. If they don't work, we could activate the Delta promo tickets we have and bridge them to APs to use in the fall. Last night I booked our DVC room and flights on SW, so we can cancel and redeposit the points if we decide not to go.

I have the fingerprint too. Once I logged back in using my finger print, it took me to my personal accounts. Wasn't a big deal.

My old portable charger died which was why I got a fuel rod. Does anyone have a decently priced one they like?

I have an older version of this one, but I warn you that it is heavy. DH and I jokingly call it The Brick. But it works great, and I think we bought it before our honeymoon in 2015. It can charge a lot of phones, and I think we plugged it in to recharge the device itself only twice on our recent WDW trip.

Not technically CC related, but I saw the link here about the offer so I thought someone would know... I just realized we had a new Chase bank open about 20 minutes away, so I am planning to open the business checking account For the $500 bonus. Do I need to bring any information outside of the normal numbers I plug in to biz CC apps? I noticed on DoC that they do a soft pull of credit, would there be any issue with the 2 other soft pulls in the last 10 days for 2 other biz card apps? Can I send DH to open his own account before the offer expires - if so, is there any problem with having the same address and financial numbers?

books.....sigh.... I'm about to Konmari my bookshelves....it's a tough one for me, b/c I keep books that I might want to read at some point,and I don't like re-reading things.....how do I manage this when my instinct is always to get more books??? and yet.... I'm feeling weighed down with too many shelves and books. I need Marie to come to my house in person! And I have a reading kindle that gets daily use also....I feel like there's never enough to read,but I want to clean the house!

I donate a lot of mine to goodwill. I probably go through my books once or twice a year to cut down. I’m really trying not to buy as much and get them from the library

I have used Anker chargers also. They work great. But I have to say this new iPhone Pro battery lasts so darn long I don't need one anymore!

The last one I had was heavier than I'd like but I could get 2 full charges from it. What I'd prefer is one I can keep in my purse at home too but I guess I can always keep using the fuel rod for that.
