What is the trick for getting the HD cards to show on sale? Others have posted before about them being on sale. We're remodeling our master bathroom and I could definitely make good use but mine aren't showing on sale. They never have.

When you sign in and go to gift cards it says 'shop all on sale gift cards'. Home Depot is still showing right now for me.

oh! I didn't realize that. I had been logging into DD's employee card on my BBP account and adding offers there. I didn't notice it was removing them from mine. Oops. Well, at least then I could use his offers on a card with my name in case they check ID (looking at u staples).

Adding offers to DD's employee card shouldn't remove offers from your BBP account. I think it will remove offers from other cards under DD's name/SSN.

They are seriously on a rampage. I didn't even bother to app for anything before cancelling my hilton biz yesterday. They are just too much drama. I have no patience for dramatics.

Well it appears the hockey schedule now has something for fall break weekend. That is our beach week every year. So now we literally have hockey every single 3 day weekend or other school break from August until mid March. So annoying.
I suppose the good news is that is 280k HH back in the account. We now officially have enough points to book 2 rooms at grand Wailea.

I am going to respectfully disagree in this instance. The OP intentionally gamed the system, making a reservation, prepaying and then canceling for the apparent intended purpose of making $250 off of Amex. Clearly he's not alone. We complain about AFs but then condone this behavior? Amex is a business and has shareholders-will anyone be surprised if the Aspire loses benefits or the AF goes up with the multiple articles about how it's such a great deal as well as posts on online blogs/discussion forums about how to game the credits?

While I don't agree with their clawing back MRs off of self referral since that was in the gray zone, I do acknowledge that it's their rules. To me, trying to make $250 off of them is a little different. Then with the many people posting about it, is it any real surprise this is happening? They want customers who actually use their product. I'm not sure that's drama, I think it's reasonable.

Again, not wanting to be disrespectful, but I kind of understand. Amex has made it clear they don't want MSers, gamers, churners. This is just one more statement they're making.
