Oh wow that’s terrible losing a $500 gift card....
I’ve started taking pictures with my phone of our passes, gift cards etc to have them handy on case I misplaced something...never considered a server would....but I charge everything to my magic band, they pay at the front desk ever other day or so
Sorry still catching up. I’ll eventually get caught up now that I’m back home.

Yes normally I do have a copy of the card and it’s on my Disney account. Well I needed to combine another card and apparently dropped this one since it had the least amount left on it and go figure I didn’t have the pic with me. Unfortunately the girls still talk about that and that’s what makes that trio the worse. They don’t talk about all the other fun things we did.

How horrible! And the manager wouldn't correct it in any way? Definitely not the Disney expectation and I can 100% understand why you would not want to return. One of my friends had a server loser her TiW card. Also HS, but that manager physically had a replacement printed for her without her having to go to guest relations. So sorry that happened. I do not return to H&V just because of the price/food, but you have an even better reason!

Smart! I always leave and empty Disney gift card in my online account in fear of misplacing or losing the active one I am swiping with. I figure in an emergency, I can login online and transfer the balance to the empty card and start using it that way.
Yeah I gave in and tried again this past October only to meet vampirina was not worth it.

But they take Plastiq, right? But really, what the heck kind of list is that??

Arghhhhh whatttttt. That's so wrong. I take pictures of everything too, and then send them all to DH so he has a copy. I've heard that if you lose your GC Disney will help you transfer the $$ to a new one in the park, if you know the GC number.

Since we don't usually do mb charging, I track all of my purchases throughout the day. I keep little ones like snack stands or merchandise for when we sit for a meal (QS or TS) or if we're waiting for a show, I pull it out and put them in google sheets that way I can check that the remaining balance listed on the last receipt matches what my google sheet is getting.

Right??? I'm sure no one will be surprised I always have a written plan. Maybe not quite down to the minute always but usually a generic 'Fantasyland rides in AM, then hit first two FPs back to back with them being PP/Mine train, that kind of thing. Which direction we're moving next, etc.

Ugh. I checked it on Friday because it was suppsoed to be delivered by USPS that day and the mail had already come... it said it was at the Pensacola processing center :confused3 I figured either they gave me the wrong tracking number, or put the wrong address... last night I was leaning towards wrong address as it was coming back. I'm shocked it says it left Pensacola at midnight on Saturday and got to DENVER at 10pm last night! I was sure it was going back to the Kohl's warehouse. It's gone Plainfield IN > Indianapolis > South Jersey > Pensacola > Wewahitchka FL > Pensacola > Denver.
Yeah they said that after I went through so much

Costco got me again..... latest offer on DoC was set up auto renew get $20 gc..... I let mine expire like 6 months ago,but upcoming surprise FL trip means we want a specific minivan rental with two drivers...and guess whose prices beat everyone elses?(yes,Costco) so I did the call in, set up the autopay and here we go again. I love their products etc, just didn't feel the $60 was worth it..... but now that it's saving me money on a car rental (again) I'm back!
Costco convert here. I love them. Car rental - low prices and the free second driver. Before Costco, I added DD as a driver and it added 100 (10/day) to one of our rentals. Got my glasses and prescription sun glasses there at low cost. Haven't even mentioned the food yet. I can't think of anything we've tried that we didn't like. It is very large portions (whole pork tenderloin for chops), but if you can either freeze or use (fresh) it is all good. They talked me into the 120 membership with the 2% rebate. Last year it worked out with a $70 check. I got a letter/email about the auto renewal in December. Signed up and already got my $20 GC and used it!

Okay I need to get working on my 30 transactions w/ Huntington so I get my $750 bonus. So, how do I do this $1 amazon thing, LOL. Yes, I'm clueless.

Been up to my ears in family as they have returned from Colorado and there are numerous doctors appointments as well as caring for the family. I'm on my 'day off' 10am until bedtime, as someone else fills in. Trying to relax and skim the boards, but won't get caught up. And all are doing well and getting around via walkers and crutches.
I missed this yesterday, but so glad to hear everyone is home and on the mend.

Awesome, that supports my theory. Thanks!

P.S. Nicely played on the 3x travel credit!
DH had the CSP & CSR. He downgraded the CSR after paying the AF once, and receiving the travel credit x3. The AF had posted but was entirely refunded ($450) He downgraded to CFU. In September 2018, he upgraded CSP to CSR. In October, he received $71 credit for AF on CSP (paid 6/2018) and used the travel credit and GE credit. I was also sent a CSR AU Card (was apparently AU on CSP but forgot). No AF or AU fee has yet posted. Shhh
@platamama DHs AF posted for CSR yesterday  Along with the $75 AU fee. Canceling that today.

so if I got one referral(self) for some hilton points, should I expect something?
you should be getting one. the value of your points is *insert # of points from self referral *$.0067 = how much its worth.

add your debit card to your account (Accounts & List --> Payment Options.)
charge the card (Accounts & list --> Gift cards --> reload balance)

What the heck is that? For that price, when I look into it, it had better take away my double chin and all my wrinkles!!!!
Lol! It’s the Dyson of mirrors. The Costco price is really good and the extra $30 off makes it a really good deal:)

I have the executive membership, I upgraded about 6 months into my first year. I have never paid another membership fee, member since 2009. My rebate check every year covers my renewal plus cash in my pocket. Maybe I shouldn't admit how much I spend there lol

Many have posted of the benefits of using GYFT and to start small to build the relationship so I thought I'd share a bit.
I bought Jersey Mike's $25 using CIP thru PP on Thursday and it went off without a hitch, so I went for $100 at Walmart and was rejected.
The next day I tried $50 at Walmart and it went thru.
Today bought $15 of AMC and it was a go, so slowly but surely they are liking me.

With the costco talk, has any bought tires from there? So the tires I had ordered were back ordered, so I still need tires on my vehicle. Then I'm thinking if I buy tires there I might as well get a membership now to take advantage of the rental cars in a couple weeks and then in May.
