i bought our tix from uct and used the Barclay bonus to erase the charges. Will upgrade those tix to APs and pay with discounted gcs I’m buying by cashing out URs.

Does anyone here have the barclays arrival plus? Or have opinions on it.... Does anyone know of their points will credit against a Disney AP charge.

Here's what I am trying to do....get enough cash back (through bank bonuses and cc sign ons) to buy APs for our family of 4. Open to any other cash back cards with high sign ups. Was about to pull the trigger on the savour, but saw bonus went down from 500 to 300. Hearing the arrival plus may get pulled soon and $700 is pretty good.

I am 4/24, but really have all the chase cards I want/need. Only thing I would really consider would be CIP #2, but i don't know if I'm really brave enough to try.

Well evidently it {Barclay Arrival +} has been pulled. I'm getting pretty good...killed two deals just thinking about them :crazy2:

Any thoughts on a good cash back/or sort of cash back card right now?

So just figured out if I max out the 20 gallons of gas discount from giant I’ll get a 13% savings using the freedom.

ETA this is great since I was hesitant to get gift cards for the bus drivers. DD5 has 2 bus drivers, 1 teacher and 1 para educator. Then other two have 1 main teacher each and 1 bus driver.
I actually almost maxed out my one freedom. Now to make sure I Max out the other before Thursday
I'm that guy who takes 3 cans with him to fill up every time (the Giant Eagle max is actually 30 gallons so it's awesome!) We haven't paid for gas in 5 years hahaha!

Some few interesting notes posted from my other group.

Hilton Devaluation - seems like some properties went up by 10k. Source
AA gift card redemptions via Amex Plat credit may be working again. Source

Ooh. I hope it's true. :goodvibes

@amalone1013 I was weak and had to buy one because I've never seen a notebook with neon pages and it's just too fun.View attachment 408092

Very cool! I'm not sure I could have passed that up either.

@Alexle2007 - check Amazon. ;)

WOW!! 300 members, that's just awesome :)

Thank you, what a great source of information this thread is and refreshingly so nice to be on a board with a great group of kind users willing to share knowledge and help each other.

What am I doing wrong? Applying for DH CIP2 and when I hit submit, it just says to wait and then stays on the application page. I don’t see anything missing, there’s no indication something is wrong. Any ideas?

I would have P1 apply (using a dischurner link unless you have a family member who has one) and then a month later have P2 apply using P1 referral link. This way P1 would get 85k UR minimum after meeting the $5k spend. Then another 20k from when P2 gets approved. You can transfer UR between the two or you. If you go for the CSR then you can redeem at 1.5x vs CIP 1.25x. As for applying for a business it sound like you both have one from selling on fb. When you apply use your name as the business name and your SSN. You don’t need an EIN to apply. If you have more questions feel free to ask.

ETA you need to be 0/30 to apply for the CIP. It’s also recommended to have 3 mo between chase card apps. I’d go for the CIP first just Bc the bonus is greater and you have time before going for a personal card.
What does that mean 0/30 for the CIP?

Perhaps try doing it in incognito?
