I wouldn't blame him. If he didn't publicize a lot of things most wouldn't pick up on it and that 'most' could easily be this group.

Also, he probably guessed it wouldn't last anyway.
There's somebody on r/churning recently trying to say we should ban DoC or that we need to warn him to exercise caution with what he shares and stuff like that.

This guy apparently fails to realize that DoC has been an important contributor on r/churning for almost 6 years. He joined the community before it even turned a year old and didn't even have 5k subscribers. We all have probably benefited more from DoC contributing than he possibly could have done negative for the community (if you could even say he's done ANYTHING negative). At any rate... just a very strange hill to die on from that user :confused3

Such a bummer that 3x with CIP on Plastiq has died again already. I feel lucky that I got both of my payments processed on May 7 so they both got 3x. On one of my bills, I deliberately scheduled payment earlier than I needed to so it would charge the CIP on the day I set the payment up. Glad I did that! The other one was already in the zone where it was going to charge same-day.

So agree with you. I remember the first time I had to terminate someone and it was an awful feeling. (Pretty sure I went home and cried afterwards.) I had to go through 3 EEO complaints from terminations. Given in the federal government, it really hard to terminate after the 1st year, I had to make the tough decision or else we would have that person for the next couple of decades.

I had to 'not hire' a girl who was my friend in school and university.

I pay 10% on prepared food here in NOVA.

Really? In restaurants? I hadn't noticed but I don't 'pay' for food all that often.
Daughter hits the Whole Foods a lot, but she pays so I don't blink.

Haha - trust me, you don't want any of my recommendations on places to eat in Pittsburgh...this is not my area of expertise. And in truth, I'd honestly prefer to go to Arby's over anything else from a price meets quality standpoint.

Hmmm. I’d rather find crackers or granola bar that I have stashed in my car than stop at an Arby’s. Even 5 year old crackers.

I like Arby's. I just don't like the excessive calories. They were one of the worst when I was first trying to find healthy choices. (Type 2 diabetes.)

What board did you post it on? If it wasn't here then that explains it. If it was here maybe they do read more than we think.
Not this thread but here on budget board. I didn’t name the agency. Just hinted how to figure it out.

I do think they read here some cause I’ve seen people’s posts disappear when the put their referral out there but those posts seem to stay up longer than they used to so thinking the budget board is getting less attention these days.

For the Daily Getaway deal is it one ticket that can be used at any park? Or do you decide before you pay? Tried to start the process but I’m having a hard time navigating on my phone.

So are businesses charging more because we have access to capital...or are we just willing to borrow to have instagram worthy chicken sandwich experiences?? (Side Note...Arby's has a much better Chicken sandwich than this for like $3...ugh I still hate myself for my lunch choice that day)

At some point I quoted this and then forgot about it.

But everybody keeps talking about chicken sandwiches. I had a chicken sandwich with cheese and avocado (and other things like tomato, etc on it one time in NYC, and I've never had another like it - absolutely delicious! And it would probably cost $15 now and I'd still buy it.

There are 2 deals - $55 one that is one day at any park up to May 2020 and a second that is $75 for 2 days out of 14, but you could go to BG Tampa or do SeaWorld, one day each.

The 3rd deal is discovery cove dolphin swim for 195

I'm looking into using URs for a ski trip to Jay Peak (staying onsite) 2/16-2/20. It says they are sold out. Am I too late or is is possible that they haven't been released. Wondering how far in advance they would normally book up. Last month they were "sold out" too. Would anyone at Chase travel have any idea?
I always go right to the original site and see what that says. That way you can at least see if it is a problem with booking too soon, or if it really is just not available on Chase. The portal is not the most user friendly. It just shows sold out no matter the reason, might be too many people in room or booked to soon.

WVMomof3 after you asked your question I jumped on and bought the 2 day ticket for $75. I've got 2 upcoming trips where I'll probably be alone and if not, well, we will see if someone wants to go!

I really want to pull the trigger. I was just reading an article about paralysis by analysis. That is so me. Lol. I am always paralyzed by any decision. I’m not 100% sure I’m going with DH to Clearwater and it is only a couple weeks away. We would have all day Friday and Saturday to do something after his conference and leave Sunday.

Ask him. They are still available. The $55 price is decent and it could also be used at Busch Gardens Williamsburg up until May of 2020.
