I'll spare the gross details, but I'm still a bit disturbed and it's been over an hour. We'll just say one/all 3? of our crows grossed me out tonight with what was left next to and in our two bird baths. I thought what I cleaned up next to the empty one was bad enough to warrant Mom buying me lunch Sunday (she's not home this week) but after I had recovered from that and was finishing watering the flowers I found some other stuff floating in the other bird bath. Since I'd already thrown one old hand shovel out and this part grossed me out even more I called and told her she was going to have to deal with it on Sunday because it was worth far more than just lunch.

I don't care how strong of a woman you are, there are just some things no one should have to clean up regardless of gender and would be a good reason to have a guy around that can handle it. I did call a friend to help with moral support while I took care of it since Mom wasn't answering.

I don't even want to guess but I will say that cleaning up after animals, birds and whatever can be a challenge. I am getting another birdbath as soon as I find one I like so hopefully it will only be the cute little birds that it attracts. And, now I must find a humming bird feeder as we had one right by the window yesterday evening. For me this is my entertainment out my big windows when I am enjoying breakfast, coffee or computer time, so well worth the extra few chores and very relaxing.

1st Statement on my AA Biz #2 posted overnight. 5,008 miles from spend...75,000 miles from bonus...15,015 courtesy miles from my card delay issue (NOT a match, just read about my saga of taking almost 4 weeks to get a card in my hands)...95,023 points from one signup all showing up!! (I met this MSR on Monday 5/6 around 11pm so that bonus does track pretty fast)

So now I've gone from 10k AA miles to 353k AA miles in < 5 months (2 player mode). God Bless America and God Bless Citi!!!

I made a $5,000 Plastiq payment to a contractor on 5/8. The points are now showing as only 1X in my UR recent activity.

This exact same account is also showing a $50 payment made on 5/6 still at 3X.

Did I exceed some kind of limit with the $5,000 or did something just change overnight? Any DPs of Plastiq payments posting today 5/10???

I'm getting a 2nd DP of this from r/churning. Did that charge actually post or are you seeing it in the pending calculation? This could already be dead guys...

I don’t really like little caesars. It’s not even in the same class as papa johns. Haven’t had dominoes in years. But I probably haven’t had papa johns in close to a year. We don’t get pizza all that much but if we do, lately, we just grab one from the Costco deli on our way out.

I enjoy Costco pizza too! I buy way too much stuff there LOL

If you like beef you could do bison. It's the same texture with a slightly different flavor. It's leaner so that changes it a little but the cuts we had were still very flavorful and tender without it. One of them was a bison rib we ate in the Denver area. Hubby still mentions it I'm waiting for some ribs to show up overnighted from somewhere one day, since we mostly only have ground bison as an option in stores here. (Hopefully it's during a MSR period cuz I don't want to think about that cost...)

My only experience with Bison has been a few times on WDW property. The burger at WCC was delicious to me!

Their Bethesda location almost never has a line and the cupcakes are just as good.

I am clueless with Excel. I MIGHT be able to use a template but would NEVER create my own.

You book your ticket at regular priced fare (don't know the proper coding, but NOT a low cost fare) add your companion and pay $99 plus taxes and fees of $22 for the second ticket. It will not work for First Class and I haven't used one since AS changed their product, adding on a saver option. For my purposes of domestic flights I can usually find a sale for both of us that is cheaper than using the pass. Now I'm sure @calypso726 has better luck with her redemptions!

Funny. I can use Excel but don't have it on my laptop because I don't need it (in my own opinion).(It's available to me on daughter's computer if necessary.) I had to use it at work and remember going to the local community college 25+ years ago to take a basic class, when work started to upgrade from us using code to create documents.

At one point 'I' was the expert for a short while until I imparted my new found skills to others and after some followed suit. I remember crawling under the desks to set up the new computers when they arrived at our offices with a 'sign here' and 'someone will be along to get you going' (which may have taken months).My boss at that time retired without even learning how to operate windows. Now a 5 year old knows more about it probably. And who motivated me at that time? My 11 year old who was given a desktop by his Grandpa in the early 90ties. I know it is inconceivable to young adults now that we didn't always come out of the womb understanding computers and their assorted programs. Lol...I'm being 'old' again.

That’s crazy do you notice a difference in employees? Is CFA still better?

There is absolutely a difference in how CFA employees treat customers compared to most other places. They're super courteous, and seem genuinely pleased to have you as a customer. There's usually an employee in the dining room that will come around and take your trash/tray, offer refills, ask you how your meal was, etc. I've never encountered bad service at any of the locations we've visited.

My only complaint is that I seem to crave them on Sundays, when they're not open!

UGH...NOOOOOO!!!! I just checked, no 3x here either. I made a Plastiq payment on 5/8, got the email yesterday saying check was sent. Logged in right now, the payment is posted on account as transaction date 5/8 under office/shipping, but then when I go to the UR portal to check how many points I got, it lists only 1x. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Not a good start to my Friday morning.

Regarding the CIP - I don't think there was a limit on the points. I spent over $6000 on one card with the 3x points last week and they all posted. I'm afraid it is probably dead.

Panera is just fine for us mid-westerners in smallish towns with no real bagel shops anywhere. I much prefer Panera over bagels in the bags at supermarkets. (YUCK!)
Papa Johns is delicious.
Chick-fil-A is superior to all other fast food restaurants due to their outstanding service, delicious breakfast, lemonade, and chicken sandwiches.

Sorry you're going through that whole issue! The screenshot thing is such a nuissance. I've only had to use one once (and producing it helped my cause) but I still sometimes want to skip it, lol.

There is a limit to 3x earning on the CIP, but it's $150,000. I doubt you've hit that. It looks like Plastiq 3x is dead. For a third time.
