In the meantime, I need a card because I certainly have spend. So what's a better bet? Barkley's business AA for 75k miles or Chase United for 65K. I have use for both miles and I'm 0/24 for chase.
You've said you still need a ton of UA miles...
Just FYI - the personal United Explorer is offering a tiered 60k miles SUB after a combined $8k MSR. This is asking a really high MSR for only 60k (devalued) UA miles, considering this card (and its predecessor MPE) has offered 50k, 60k, and 70k miles SUBs for $3k MSR in the past. The United Explorer Biz is back down to only 50k miles SUB after a $3k MSR in 3 months (down from an all-time high of 75k miles after a $5k MSR). Neither offer is really compelling.
Barclays AA Biz is a combined 75k AA miles for only $1k MSR and a purchase on an employee card.
If you have the spend, go for both.
