I would call the general number, go thru the motions to hold for member services. When a human comes on, tell them you are looking for a particular member services person. They should be able to look up your previous interactions on the phone...I was told in the past they keep records of these things. There might be a record (not a recording, but a file) of which member services person helped you in the past. Good luck. Hope you find who you’re looking for.
