I lost my pin code!

I lost my 40% off resort room pin code post card, I was lucky enoug h to receive two pin code cards, for 20% and 40% off regular roomrates,but when I called disney they could only retrieve the one for 20%, is there any other way to retrieve the one for 40% off, can anyone help me, I want to travel in November and the discount will make a big difference.

I would call back and try another rep. It took me three or four times to get someone that could/would acutally look and see. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

try calling back, different CM's different outcome. I think some are willing to do the computer search for things and some are not

what do ya'll mean by pin? can i just call and ask them to look up my pin. i have booked a vacation for may and notice everyone getting discounts.. help ..

The pins are usually sent to you via snail mail. Not everyone gets one.....unfortunately. I got some through the years, but I haven't gotten one for a couple of years and I REALLY wish I would!!!!
