I lost my best friend & companion

This is the first I've actually been able to post this
but my Boston Terrier, Winston Churchill passed away on 4/24/03
and today would have been his 9th birthday
I am filled with such sorrow
He was the best little dog you could have wanted
such a special little life
He loved us and loved life

It's just so hard right now because he did everything with us and was such a part of our lives
He is truly missed and loved
Thankfully he passed uneventfully in his sleep presumably his heart just stopped (He had a heart murmur from birth) so we are grateful for the 9 years we had with him.
We had him from 8 weeks old.
I miss his face, his snoring, playing fetch, and his kisses.

Losing a beloved pet can be very sad. We lost our Malamute, Nikotuk, on Mothers day a few years ago and DW still gets sad about it on Mothers Day. I hope you feel beter soon.
