I Like the GAD Program BETTER Than the Birthday Program!

A free ticket on your birthday was great, but I'm sure tons of others, like me, couldn't actually go ON their birthday. So I didn't get a free ticket last year.

This year, however, I get a free ticket (going for the FP option since I'm a passholder though) because I can use it almost anytime, save for those few blackout dates.

It's even better to me, because it like I got paid for doing something I would be doing anyway! I'm so happy the local humane society I work with was able to participate in the GAD program. I went in and did the normal office help and cage cleaning I do, and now will get 3 extra spins on TSM for it! (Def using my FP's at DHS!)

Definitely a lot more people can take advantage of this program...such as us. And everyone in a family can also benefit. Which is why they may be reaching their goals very quickly...

yes we got two vochers today...just in time. last year we went one day after my sons b-day. This year my dd was 4 months shy of her 6 bday when we volunteered.....hoping they still have vochers in June

I like it better as well as we can all take advantage of it. My family was never able to travel on our actual birthdays so we couldn't take advantage of the birthday promotion.

So true. Even thought we went to Disney for my DD's b-day last year, we went to the beach for 5 days first and didn't get to the parks until the day after her b-day; therefore, we were unable to take advantage of the promo. Plus, this year me, DH, DM and DD can take advantage of the promo. Wish DS could too, but he's not 6 till Sept and they probably won't have vouchers by then; otherwise, we'd likely move our trip to late Sept/Oct.

I don't benefit from my comment as we are unable to travel during any of our birthdays, however at least the birthday promotion was open to worldwide guests, the GAD program is for the USA residents only, and not for overseas guests, which is a shame.
