I learned the value of a wonderful MS person

Going to BCV (home resort) early to mid December and decided to try and switch to the BWV just for a change. I've had these ressies since late January. I'm not a disney member who has ever really paid attention to banking, holding, borrowing and all the in's and out's of WDW. Living all the way out in Seattle, we book far out due to work, airfare, etc. Well, been calling off and on seeing if there was any chance of switching to the Boardwalk and have always been told no. Today, I get the most wonderful gal who offered to put me on a waiting list (yea, yea, my own fault I'm not in the 'know' of all these kinds of things, I'm just an easy going kind of Disney fanatic)! I'm sure if all the other CM's would off suggested this to me, would of been able (perhaps) to switch resorts by now. I know it's a long shot if not virtually impossible to switch at such a popular time, but just wanted to give a hat's off to such a kind, friendly, helpful CM. Did I get her name to give her an 'atta girl? No, I was so excited about the waiting list. Wish I would of.

The last 3 times I have called I have talked to a lady at MS named Leigh. She is absolutely wonderful! Today when I called I got her and I also got to do the survey at the end of the call - I was so happy that I could give her excellent marks for everything. She is so kind and thorough and always wants to take an extra couple of minutes to double-check all the reservations and make sure all the names are correct and the dining plan is right and ME reservations are correct.

Today I asked to be put on the waitlist and it was going to be a complicated request and she made sure she put all details in the notes and read it back to me so that none of my regular points would be used (we have some developer points that need to be used first).

I cannot say enough about this wonderful lady - next time I call if I get her again, I am going to ask for her full name so that I can write a letter about her. She is truly a gem in the MS department!

I talked to a young man this past Saturday at MS. He was extremely nice and helpful.

If I could get the awesome lady whom I contacted at quality assurance (when I called to verify receipt of my documents) every time I called member services, I'd be in super shape.

We went on the waitlist for mid dec in BWV only a few weeks ago and it came up really quickly. So I think it is possible.

I know what you mean about good MS, they seem to go beyond what is just expected and seem to really enjoy their job.

We had to change ressie dates last month and my MS CM was so extremely helpful. I hope no one was on hold waiting for us to finish on because we must have been on the phone an hour. She worked so hard to try to find us a room anywhere. We were going to have to move around a bit, but she waitlisted us and they all came through almost immediately. The ressies were automatically linked and now no moving. I love DVC.
