i know this is a dumb question BUT

we have 5 day park hopper plus passes. . . . say on day 1 we go to the MK leave, go to epcot, go back to MK, and then to MGM (which we're not doing btw lol) is that only still 1 day off the park hopper

i'm just wondering b/c we're planning on leaving the parks to rest in the afternoon and go back. . . . i'm assuming if i go to the MK at 9am. . leave at 2 pm. . and go back at 8pm that's still only 1 day . . . am i right?

That is correct. Just be sure that each member of your party receives a hand stamp when leaving the first park of each day.

Park hoppers are just that, you can hop between the four theme parks as often as you like every day or return to the same one as you like, JUST REMEMBER TO GET YOUR HAND STAMPED WHEN YOU LEAVE WHATEVER PARK YOU ARE IN. you will use your pass, which is not charged another day, and your hand stamp to get either back into the park you were at or the new park.

Yes, you can go to every park every day and its still only one day off of your park hopper ticket.

You're not going to MGM? You're missing some of the best rides. I love ToT and RnRC.

Just to throw this in the mix, say you went to MK, Epcot, MGM and Typhoon Lagoon on the same day. Taht;s one day and a plus. If you go to TL and Blizzard Beach on the same day (or to Pleasure Island that night), that's 2 plusses used in one day. You can't hop between plus places on the same day.

Just wanted to make sure you knew that about the plusses.

Re-entry requires BOTH!

Re-entry to MK/Epcot/AK/MGM will NOT burn off another day from your Park Hopper Ticket - but you CANNOT re=enter with JUST a Hand Stamp - your MUST have your pass........

We get our hands stamped even when we have APs (which never require a stamp.)
Its just FUN... and a good habit to pick up for the times when we ARE using Hoppers.

Yes, I have seen many unhappy guests who failed to get stamped upon exiting and then were stopped upon attemped re-entry to another (or the same) park.

Also, just in case you didn't know this, the PLUS options can be used on days you do not go into a park, so they do not take a day off your pass. A 5 day plus 2 is good for 7 days if you only do a water park on two days. That gives you the best value for the ticket, if you have 7 days.

Do you have to get your hand stamped for a UPH? I always seem to be leaving the same time as everyone else and find myself waiting in line for a stamp. This will be my first time with a UPH.

What if you go to the pool in the afternoon and return in the evening and your stamp gets washed off?? Can you still get in and it only counts as one day??

UPH is kind of like a short-term AP.
Since its all-inclusive for the dates you're there, you shouldn't need to worry.

But how is it you're leaving when "everyone else" is anyway?
