Last week I received a post card from my electric company informing me that last night there would be an interruption in service at 11 p.m. for less than 5 minutes while they switched to a new station or something.. Okay - fine..
Last night the power was interrupted for probably 2 minutes tops and that was that..
So..... Why did they feel the need to call me at 6 a.m. this morning (automated message) to inform me that the power had been interrupted for 2 minutes last night????
There must be some logic behind it - right? If so, what is it??
