I know I haven't been on for a while, but...I'm having girl trouble!

Ok. There's this girl who rides my bus. She's nice, smart, and cute, but I can never get up the courage to talk to her because: a. I'm too shy and b. She's ALWAYS around her friends, no matter where she goes, and I'm afraid that if I talk to her, her friends will tell other people and eventually, the whole school will know. Another problem is that I only see her during 1st, 6th, and 9th periods, and even there she's sitting by friends or other girls. I tried calling her, but she's never home OR she won't pick up the phone. I don't even know if she likes me, for heaven's sake! So, do any of you know WHAT I SHOULD DO?

dont really push anything just when you see her in the hall or when shes getting on the bus or something say hey..whats up and stuff like that and do the same thing with her friends if they're around. just get to know her a little more so you'll feel more comfortable around her! good luck

When your in class with her, pretend you need to borrow a pen, or that you need the pages for your hw or something, just to break the ice. If her friends are with her, say like, "do any of you have a pen i can use?" Then accidentaly take the pen, and return it to them the next day. Now she will at least know you are alive. Slowly talk to her AND her friends more and more each day. Since her friends are such an important part in her life, you should get close to her friends to get close to her.

talk to her whole group of friends and get to know them all. comment on something you heard them talking about, like "I heard you talking about Survivor, wasn't it great last night?" Just don't jump into the middle of their conversation, cause thats kind of obnoxious.

And get to know her as a friend before you ask her out or anything...she's much more likely to say yes if she already feels comfortable around you.
