I keep reading about ROFR passing..but who has had it NOT PASSED and for how much?

In the same thread where you find passed contracts, you can find also ROFRed ones.
You won't find many because Disney isn't using his ROFR much lately, sometimes only for OKW and BCV.

You can add GCV to the list of infrequently ROFR'ed contracts.

There are sections for "passed", "ROFR'd", and "Waiting" all inthe same first post of that thread. You have to scroll through the long list of "passed" for all the resorts first.
