Thank you for the link. I too was a winner (100 entries) and could not figure out how to redeem. I sent an email to customer service and got an auto reply that they would review my email and get back to me within 3 days. Used your link and was able to order my tickets no problem.

I take my kids to Universal with these kind of tickets. Last year they were mailed and only 1000 points each. This year they were 1250 during the summer and they went to this digital code stuff. Well, After you create an account, they sit there in bank until you cash them out. You will even get a monthly e-mail showing you your banked tickets. I have 4 kids and myself that goes (my husband hates theme parks) thus needing 10 tickets. (2 per person - 1 for US and 1 for IOA each) So, I have some in bank from the summer promotion and needed more which I got from this sweeps. Here are the directions which I believe are the same for this promotion. Your code from this win will show 2 tix instead of 1 tix which is what the summer codes were....

Thanks 1prince3princessess for your info. I was going to ask what I do next but that was helpful. I am not sure when we are going yet so I guess I will need to wait until that is firm. It will either be February or March. What was funny,the night before my DH and I were saying "why don't we go to Universal next time?" I was like "no we have AP"s need to use those up first. Why spend another 300 + dollars." Then viola I had that in my email when I woke. I will now have to buy just 1 ticket. We will go to US and not IOA. We are not Harry Potter fans,but live in a Springfield. So, we want to see the new Springfield area.
