Shula's is very good. I always recommend that place. Dolphin is gorgeous as well.

Where is there a $200 steak at Disney?

Capa at the Four Seasons comes the closest. Miyazaki beef is $32/oz (phenomenal) and they have a Porterhouse for $118. My favorite restaurant on property.

I will join the chorus and say Turf Club. The atmosphere sitting and dining on the veranda at dinner was also a great plus.

On an aside - For all those saying Shula's, I would also consider Bull and Bear at the Waldorf (sort of/kind of on Disney property also). I enjoy Shula's but in my opinion there really isnt a comparison to Bull and Bear. They are both quite expensive, but in that price range Bull and Bear does an excellent job with the table side presentation and the food is quite memorable.
