Congratulations! I hope it works out for you. Just remember, that if it is bought back by Disney, there are other contracts out there on the resale market.

Good Luck! We're considering a purchase ourselves and would be very interested to know if your bid was accepted without ROFR by Disney. We're renting at Vero next week and then 5 days at OKW in August. We hope to decide during our August trip on where we want to consider "our Home". How was your experince with Pat and the TImeshare Store?

Pat and the Timeshare Store are top notch pslnuke. I can tell that they have a lot of experience at this and answered all of my questions very easily. I think others have had very good experiences with them as well along with the other major resale brokers for DVC. I think its important to go with a broker that has experience with DVC so that they know how to get the deals over to Disney as quickly as possible for them to yeah or nay the ROFR but its also just as important to get the contract that is just right for you - home resort, number of points, etc.
