I just saw a true representation of myself in a picture tonight.

And it wasn't a picture I was aware was being taken. My 3 year old had my DH's cell phone, and took a quick picture of me. OMG I need to lose some weight. I know I am very overweight, I seriously need to lose at least 150 pounds. It's so overwhelming. I know all the stuff, just take it one day at a time, do small goals, etc. I'm going to WDW in May plus I've applied to nursing school so I NEED to get on board with some weight loss. I guess I just wanted to do a quick vent. My gym membership (that I used for about 5 months and did lose weight, but then stopped going) expires tomorrow. I'm going to talk to my DH about renewing it, and committing to actually use it! Anyone else in this boat with me? I'd love an online buddy to keep each other motivated!
 
I feel your pain. I had to do a video for school and was shocked/saddened by how much weight I've gained over the past 2-3 years. I have a relatively small amount of weight to lose, maybe 40-50lbs, but it's still a daunting task when you're in a high stress job and a stress eater. I just downloaded the My Fitness Pal app for my iPad and am going to try calorie counting for once. Yesterday was day 1, and so far so good lol. You can do it MommytoCaitlyn!! If you want to try to keep eachother on track, PM me and we'll figure out something like a weekly check in if you want! I'm going to Disney in May too so I have a similar time frame as you where I'd like to see at least SOME results!

Love My Fitness Pal! Just get yourself on a low calorie diet (the website will make suggestions) and track EVERYTHING you eat! That is such a huge part of it. Also join one of the weight loss challenges on here. Support is well known to help you lose more.
