I am scared to make chili too. Maybe I should try to tackle that after the new year. Turkey....now that is something I've never made!! Luckily I had sister here to cook Thanksgiving dinner for us!! She's such a for doing that for us!! I guess maybe I should get to working on that as I am sure sister will not do it for us forever!!!

Yummy! It looks so good.

Turkeys are not as hard as you would think. Just follow the directions on the bird and you are good to go! That's how I made my first one. It was so good that I actually carried it around the house making everyone taste it. My mother always overcooked turkey and I thought one could never taste good.

So the point there is that you can do it!!!!
