And will be bringing them to work tomorrow - do I need to refrigerate them overnight? Thanks.
 
If they are going to be eaten tomorrow...probably not. But, it wouldn't hurt to pop them in the fridge. Plus, it will make the frosting firm up, before wrapping them.
 
I think I need to test them first to see if refrigeration is necessary. ;)

I personally would, because I think refridgerated cake is yummy. But I agree with a previous poster, these need to be tested first... gimme some! :D
 

I made some last night with cream cheese frosting... I refridgerated them. They are so freaking good, it's the first time I made this kind.
